This beautiful location offered them peace and serenity surrounded by nature with its private beach and backwaters and made for a breathtaking backdrop to their special moments.

Wedding Planning
Karishma and Jayanth entrusted the planning and execution of the entire wedding to the team of To The Aisle. With the itinerary being kept relaxed and stress-free with only three events across two days, the team focused on highlighting every occasion with stunning decor and memorable festivities. Planning a celebration at an off-beat destination like Taj Bekal came with its own set of challenges of transportation and logistics, and Team To The Aisle went the extra mile to ensure everything from the guest arrival to hospitality, decor, arrangements, and even medical emergencies were immaculately handled.

Wedding Functions
Mehndi
The festivities kicked off with a vibrant sundowner mehndi which was hosted on the hotel’s private beach. The tropical decor incorporated colorful blooms, pineapples as centerpieces, bamboo cabanas by the beach, and more. The evening saw a surprise flash mob, games, custom cocktails, melodious tunes by the DJ and saxophonist, and more as everyone enjoyed and relaxed.

Wedding
Held by the backwaters, the waterfront wedding was a mesmerizing affair of tranquil traditions and breathtaking decor. Inspired by the Chettinad houses in ancient South India, the decor incorporated an assortment of authentic elements from different parts of Kerala, such as traditional wooden pillars, a Chettinad temple gate, floral arrangements of mogras and coconut leaves which were handmade by local artisans, and more. A sit-down Sadhya lunch in the ballroom was a great way to end the wedding ceremony.

Reception
To conclude the festivities on a high, the newlyweds celebrated with a unique jungle disco-themed reception. The evening was lit up with rotating disco balls and silver-fringed coconut trees while little acrylic birds added an extra touch of magic to the whole experience. The lively occasion saw heartfelt speeches, first dances, and more as everyone let loose and enjoyed themselves.
