To make the celebration both special and affordable, they opted for the Sheraton Hua Hin as the venue. Despite the exotic location and premium venue, the groom’s parents managed to stay within budget with our input! The wedding in Thailand featured a mix of traditional and local elements, incorporating the vibrant culture of the destination. Guests were treated to breathtaking views, impeccable service, and a truly unique experience that made the event stand out.”

Pool Party
Team Weddingz By Mindz shares, “After a delightful welcome lunch, the celebration continued with a vibrant pool party by the infinity pool. Guests indulged in a selection of refreshing mocktails amidst the atmosphere created by the blue and white decor adorned with splendid florals. The entrance of the couple by an ATV adorned with balloons set the tone for an exciting evening. Local entertainers added a touch of culture.

After Party
The festivities then transitioned into an energetic after-party, where local entertainers seamlessly joined the celebration. The DJ kept the beats alive, ensuring the party continued well into the early morning hours. The combination of lively music, cultural performances, and the stunning backdrop of Hua Hin created a night of joy and unforgettable memories for all the guests.

Mehendi
The Mehendi ceremony in Hua Hin, Thailand, embraced Indian traditions with vibrant hues of orange and pink, transforming the venue into a kaleidoscope of colours. The atmosphere was reminiscent of celebrations in India, complete with traditional decor. Dhol artists and singers elevated the event, captivating everyone with lively tunes and soulful melodies. The joyous occasion saw guests immersed in the spirit of the ceremony, participating in singing, dancing, and revelling in the cultural festivities, making it an enchanting experience away from home.

Sangeet
Team Weddingz by Mindz shares, “The sangeet followed a ‘starry night’ theme and we transformed the venue into a celestial spectacle. The walls were draped in black and adorned with pierced lights creating a mesmerizing starry ambiance. The stage, featuring a stunning LED wall and dynamic lighting effects, set the perfect backdrop for the evening. The couple made a grand entrance accompanied by mirror ballerina dancers. Family and friends showcased their talents with enchanting performances which culminated in a sensational display by liquid drummers. The lively atmosphere, complemented by a flowing bar, kept everyone on their feet, dancing and celebrating until the early morning hours.”

Haldi
After an evening of glamour, it was time for a vibrant morning with a colorful haldi celebration. Team Weddingz by Mindz shares, “The Haldi ceremony by the pool and island lawn was a vibrant affair, with a perfect blend of yellow and orange decor infused with a boho touch. After the traditional rituals, the bride and groom made an entrance with color bombs accompanied by an anchor and DJ. The Haldi ceremony unfolded amidst floral petal showers from family and friends. And, the lively atmosphere turned memorable as friends added mischief to the celebration, playfully tearing the groom’s dress and even throwing him into the pool! Guests immersed themselves in the festivities, enjoying fantastic music, engaging games, and refreshing counters offering fresh coconut water and cocktails.”

Wedding
A stylish baraat always kicks off the wedding celebrations in style and groom Shaunak ensured his baraat had everyone dancing! Team Weddingz by Mindz shares, “The groom, making a grand entrance, rode on a majestic horse in true royal fashion, captivating the onlookers. A mobile van transformed into a DJ booth provided the perfect musical backdrop, and the air resonated with lively tunes that set the mood for celebration. Guests joyfully danced along the procession, infusing the atmosphere with exuberance.”

The next, crucial ritual was the varmala which was a dreamy one. Team Weddingz by Mindz shares, “The groom’s entrance onto the beautifully staged area, adorned with lush florals and framed against the picturesque beach backdrop, set the tone for a magical celebration. The bride made a grand entrance on a boat gliding across the pool that was shrouded in fog. The exchange of garlands and the breathtaking fireworks stole the show, illuminating the night sky in celebration of their love.
After the garland exchange, the newlyweds walked hand in hand towards a beautifully decorated pastel floral mandap.”

Grand Reception
Team Weddingz by Mindz shares, “The passage leading to the entryway was adorned with enchanting Sakura trees, adding a touch of nature’s beauty to the decor. The couple made a grand entrance and were ushered in by flower girls. Their first dance set the tone for the evening which was followed by a cake-cutting ceremony. The atmosphere shifted seamlessly as a local instrumental band took the stage along with a DJ!”
