From the very beginning, Pia and Ayush envisioned a wedding where every celebration had its own unique identity while remaining part of a beautifully connected story. “We wanted each event to feel distinct yet seamlessly tied together,” shares Ruchika Arora Bansal of Plush Weddings. The couple wanted every guest to feel involved, present, and truly at home. Their shared love for cricket inspired a lively family match complete with custom jerseys, setting the tone for celebrations filled with warmth and togetherness. Cricket Match
Set against a backdrop of lush greenery, the venue featured pastel-toned lounge seating, whimsical cabanas adorned with pennant banners, and café-style seating shaded by mint green parasols. Personalized team jerseys and custom caps brought a spirited competitive edge. A Sip & Paint corner gave guests a space to unwind with their favorite drinks while painting and socializing as the match unfolded. Complemented by bespoke props, customized signage, and picturesque photo opportunities, the décor struck the perfect balance between fun, creativity, and sophistication, creating a memorable start to the wedding celebrations.
Dhol Night
The celebrations began with a vibrant Dhol Night that embraced the warmth, color, and spirit of traditional Indian festivities. The décor featured a rich palette of jewel tones, accented with handcrafted textiles, embroidered table runners, and an abundance of florals arranged in brass and earthen vessels. Community tables were illuminated by the soft glow of candlelight and festoon lights overhead.
At the heart of the venue, a cozy lounge setup brought together low seating, plush cushions, vintage lanterns, and floral accents, all framed by a whimsical celestial backdrop featuring swans, stars, and a crescent moon.
Haldi
Terracotta pots, handwoven charpoys, stacked hay bales, and baskets overflowing with marigolds, fresh corn, and citrus fruits created a rustic marketplace-inspired atmosphere for the Haldi. A live pottery station added an authentic cultural touch, allowing guests to witness the artistry of local craftsmen while reinforcing the celebration’s connection to heritage and handmade traditions. Rich floral arrangements in shades of saffron, coral, yellow, and green brought freshness and color to the space.
Sangeet
The Sangeet celebration unfolded as an opulent evening of romance and drama. The décor embraced a luxurious monochromatic palette of deep reds, burgundy, and soft gold, creating an atmosphere that was both intimate and striking. Grand crystal chandeliers, countless candles, mirrored disco balls, and lush floral arrangements added sparkle to the evening.
Chooda and Mehendi
Bathed in warm sunlight and steeped in tradition, the décor embraced the timeless beauty of an intimate Punjabi mehendi celebration. Cascading strings of vibrant marigolds, interwoven with delicate white tuberose and blush pink blooms, created a breathtaking floral canopy that transformed the courtyard into a dreamy oasis. The setting was further elevated with colorful geometric rangoli art, rustic woven textures, and heritage-inspired seating.
Wedding
Inspired by the romance of a blooming lotus garden, the décor transformed the venue into an enchanting floral oasis where nature and elegance came together seamlessly. A stunning floating ceremony stage, carpeted in delicate pink petals, served as the focal point of the celebration, framed by cascading floral installations suspended from majestic trees.
Guest seating was thoughtfully designed in an intimate amphitheater-style arrangement, featuring plush floor cushions, low seating, and antique brass bowls filled with fragrant petals. Every detail, from the lotus-inspired ceremony cards to the ornate floral arrangements and vintage accents, contributed to a setting that felt both regal and organic.
