Wedding Venue
A magnificent palace that’s currently the world’s sixth-largest private residence, the Umaid Bhawan in Jodhpur was the ideal place for Priyanshi and Parth to celebrate their love as their own roots trace back to the beautiful Rajasthani city. Boasting vast lush lawns, art deco-style suites, impeccable hospitality and stunning architecture, this palace ensured all their creature comforts were taken care of while providing them with a blank canvas to orchestrate a fairytale wedding that they’d always dreamed of.
Wedding Planning
“Before the event went into execution mode, every single detail was thoroughly discussed and planned out. As a result, there were zero hiccups! Every team member was briefed accordingly and I’m proud to say that we exceeded everyone’s expectations,” shares Achint Nag from Krayonz Entertainment.
Parth shares his positive experience as he says, “We had the time of our lives and the event was extremely memorable all thanks to Krayonz Entertainment who understood our vision with complete clarity!”
Wedding Functions
Bollywood Night
Giving the families a chance to break the ice, the Bollywood-themed party was hosted in the evening at the Arihant Adita Lawns. To ensure the spirits were high throughout the event, a live band serenaded the guests with mesmerizing music. Achint goes on to share, “There were also many family performances that night which was all the more spectacular thanks to the beautiful climate. Since it was an open-air event, everyone partied till the wee hours of the night. Clearly, it was the best way to kick off the celebrations!”
Mayra and Talk Show
“The Mayra had an early start at 10 am in the morning where all the guests joined the bride. It was a beautiful celebration under the morning sun with the palace in the backdrop. The decor consisted of a blue and white theme which looked absolutely fresh. Furthermore, to add a traditional flavor to the event, we invited Mayra singers from Gujarat. After this, everyone indulged themselves at lunch and had fun at the talk show. Everyone expressed their joy to Priyanshi and Parth which resulted in a very heartwarming afternoon”, shares Achint.
Antakshari
A fun-filled event that pitched the girls and the boys against each other, this event had everyone sharing friendly banter as they competed with each other. Accompanied by high tea and snacks, it was during this event that everyone pitched in and sang their favorite Bollywood songs.
Masquerade Ball
Hosted indoors in a spacious ballroom, the setup included large metallic masks that hung from the walls. The theme followed with everyone being given their own mask, and the guests were incredibly enthusiastic about this event as they’d all rehearsed their moves in Mumbai before flying off to Jodhpur! Achint shares, “We had about 30 to 35 couples who walked in wearing tuxedos and gowns on the beautiful pathway that we’d created. These couples walked arm in arm to peppy music beats sheltered by LED arches that formed an entrance tunnel. Priyanshi and Parth also performed together and were cheered on by their loved ones.”
Haldi and Phoolon ki Holi
Themed around ‘Radha Krishna’, the Haldi and phoolon ki Holi was an extravagant celebration where everyone showered each other with flower petals. With classical dancers entertaining the guests, this event had everyone shaking a leg as they smeared the bride and groom with Haldi. However, the couple’s entry into the venue took centerstage as they drove in accompanied by a fleet of vintage cars. Achint shares, “The ceremony commenced with a vintage car rally where the couple along with their loved ones arrived seated in elegant vintage cars. When they arrived at the venue, they were welcomed by dhols and nagadas.”
Wedding
Commencing with the baraat, the wedding was off to a regal start as Parth approached the palace seated atop a horse. Not to be left behind, Priyanshi’s entrance was also stunning as she gingerly stepped down the stately steps of the palace and made her way under the phoolon ki chadar towards Parth. As the couple exchanged varmalas, fireworks lit up the sky and their loved ones exultantly celebrated around them. Seated under the marble pillared mandap, the couple conducted their phere with Vedic chants being sung live in the background. Furthermore, to make sure that none of the guests missed a moment of the wedding, an amphitheater seating arrangement was set up around the mandap.
