A digitally-driven destination wedding in Udaipur with its very own app that kept the wedding guests updated with real-time details!

Intimate, thoughtful, and impeccably curated, Rutuja and Jinesh’s wedding was a celebration that balanced warmth with quiet grandeur. Planned and designed by WeddingSutra Favorite – DreamzKrraft, the two-day affair unfolded as a seamless narrative of togetherness, personal details, and refined aesthetics. With a close-knit guest list and a strong emphasis on comfort and experience, the celebrations reflected the couple’s desire for meaningful moments over spectacle.

How They Met
Sharing her story, Rutuja recalls, “Jinesh and I were introduced through a mutual friend. We felt there was a natural compatibility, but I was initially hesitant, especially since he is years older than I am. My mother encouraged me to give it a chance, and that one meeting changed everything. We went on to date for three years before deciding to get married.”

Wedding Planning
Planned as a two-day intimate celebration in March with close family and friends, the wedding welcomed around 180 guests for a thoughtfully paced experience. Based in Mumbai, the couple wanted their festivities to feel personal, unhurried, and comfortable for everyone present. DreamzKrraft elevated the planning with a custom wedding app that became the backbone of the celebrations. From detailed itineraries and venue locations to curated menus, the app ensured guests were always in the know. It also allowed guests to upload photos and videos in real time, view shared memories, and leave personal messages and blessings for the couple through individual logins. Interactive moments were seamlessly woven in, including a playful live polling game that brought laughter and friendly competition to the evening.

Guest comfort was given special attention, with dedicated lounge spaces offering foot massages, along with all-day chai, coffee, and light snacks. Arrivals were designed as an experience in themselves, setting a welcoming tone with live music, warm hospitality, and thoughtful installations such as a Polaroid wall and a DIY hamper station that encouraged guests to engage from the very start.

Reflecting on the process, Rutuja shares, “Jinesh is a very private person, so he didn’t want much of a social. It was like being with very close family and immediate friends. DreamzKrraft just made my dream into a reality because they did such an awesome and beautiful decor and were completely hands-on. They really made my wedding planning journey fun and stress-free.”

Adding to this, Priti Sidhwani from DreamzKrraft notes, “Rutuja and Jinesh were clear about wanting intimacy, warmth, and ease. Our focus was to design experiences that felt personal, fluid, and joyful, while ensuring every detail worked quietly in the background.”

Welcome Dinner
The celebrations began with a welcome dinner that struck the perfect balance between elegance and playfulness. The evening was set against a Magical Forest theme, where lush greens, glowing candles, gold mirrors, and soft pastel blooms came together to create an enchanting atmosphere. Mandap Mahurat and Chooda
The Mandap Mahurat ceremonies were intimate and steeped in tradition. Decorated with vibrant marigolds, sunflowers, and charming swing seating, the spaces felt bright, joyful, and auspicious. The floral palette and open layouts added a light, celebratory touch to these meaningful rituals.

The rituals were followed by the bride’s chooda ceremony, a tradition Rutuja chose to include after hearing about its beautiful symbolism from a friend. The bridal seating was styled with cheerful sunflowers and accents of lemons, creating a fresh Mediterranean-bliss mood that felt both meaningful and visually uplifting.

Wedding
The ceremony unfolded in a setting aptly themed Bloom of Bliss, where a palette of white exotic florals softened with lush greens created an atmosphere of quiet romance. Clouds of baby’s breath cascaded along the stairway, leading to an ethereal mandap designed as an open, tree-like structure, delicately covered with baby’s breath and tulips. Mature trees were thoughtfully introduced across the venue, lending it a wholesome, garden-like charm. A striking Ganesha installation crafted entirely from suspended bells added a spiritual yet artistic focal point. For the pheras, the bride made a spirited Bollywood-style entry alongside her family, dancing joyfully to much-loved tunes.
