Wedding Functions
Dhol Night
The festivities kicked off with a star-lit Dhol Night in the Palace courtyard. Hosted under a canopy of shimmering fairy lights, the occasion was imbibed with a minimalistic, chic ambiance with the decor of rattan, glass candle votives, and pampas grass that softly accentuated the earthy beige palette. The bride was all smiles as she got her hands painted with gorgeous henna designs, and everyone enjoyed an evening of music and dance.
Mehndi
Inspired by the vibrant colors and textures of a souk, the Mehndi function was imagined in an alluring palette of burnt orange. Terracotta pots featured arrangements of dried and fresh flowers, while orange drapes and hangings formed the canopy overhead. Carved wooden room dividers, bags of vegetables, and brass memorabilia all added to the warm, rustic ambiance. The guests enjoyed delicious drinks and dancing and got their hands painted with henna designs.
Sangeet
The Sangeet was a night of glitz and glamor, as everyone geared up for their dance performances. A tunnel of fairy lights led into the gilded hall that was lit up with crystal chandeliers and adorned with red roses. The bride dazzled in a gold lehenga while the groom sported a stunning black and gold sherwani as they entered in high spirits and exchanged rings to tumultuous applause.
Haldi
The Haldi morning dawned with a burst of Rajasthani vibrance! Bright marigold flowers lit up the space along with drapes, dewans, and charpai beds covered with colorful prints and motifs. Traditional craftwork like ikkat and terracotta added a beautiful local flavor, complete with counters of ‘mukhwas’ and bangles. The couple looked radiant in fuchsia pink ensembles as their loved ones anointed them with turmeric paste.
Wedding
Hosted in the hotel’s iconic Hathi Kund, the Wedding came alive with mesmerizing candlelight and intricate adornments. Ornate lamps, traditional blooms like rajnigandha and roses, as well as chandeliers and intricate props, accentuated the marble architecture for a truly royal feel. The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the floral mandap that stood over the pool. The bride and groom exchanged varmalas amidst sparkling fireworks.
