Originally hailing from Jaipur and Delhi respectively, Shireen and Anmol found their love in New York, and when planning their wedding, they sought a venue that reflected their journey. Captivated by Udaipur’s regal allure, the couple envisioned a luxurious yet intimate celebration at The Ananta, where sprawling lawns and elegant banquet halls provided the perfect backdrop. For them, Ananta was more than just a venue; it was the stage for a joyous celebration filled with family and cherished memories.

Wedding Planning
The couple turned to the award-winning team of Baraati Inc to design, plan, and execute their dream wedding amidst the royal splendor of the City of Lakes. They worked closely with the couple and their families to orchestrate a wedding that surpasses their dreams, complete with stellar entertainment by celebrity DJ DJAJ and other artists.

Welcome Functions
Welcome Dinner
Shireen and Anmol kicked off their wedding celebrations with a warm and intimate welcome dinner. Held in a cozy, elegantly decorated space, the atmosphere was enhanced by the soft glow of fairy lights, adding a touch of traditional charm with a modern twist. An acoustic trio provided the perfect backdrop, filling the air with soothing melodies. With good food, heartfelt conversations, and a chill vibe, the welcome dinner was an ideal ice-breaker, allowing Shireen, Anmol, and their loved ones to connect and create cherished memories before the main celebrations began.

Welcome Lunch and Mehndi
Against the backdrop of a shimmering pool, Shireen and Anmol’s welcome lunch and mehendi celebration radiated a relaxed yet lively atmosphere. The venue, adorned with earthy tones and terracotta accents, exuded a warm, rustic charm enhanced by lush greenery. Thoughtful giveaways like hand fans and sunglasses kept guests cool under the sun, while the vibrant pool area featured colorful floaties for relaxation and a spirited beer pong station near the bar. Mehndi artists skillfully adorned guests’ hands with intricate designs, complemented by a whimsical bubble machine that added a dreamy ambiance to the event.

Sangeet
Shireen and Anmol’s sangeet night was a vibrant celebration, brimming with music, dance, and stunning decor that echoed their love for the cosmos. The venue dazzled with dramatic black decor and twinkling lights, creating an enchanting ambiance. A breathtaking stage backdrop showcased zodiac constellations, reflecting the couple’s passion for astrology and adding a personal touch to the festivities. The evening began with lively dance performances by friends and family, each a heartfelt homage to the couple’s journey. As the night progressed, DJ AJ’s futuristic holographic act elevated the after-party, ensuring everyone danced joyfully into the early hours.

Haldi
Anmol’s haldi ceremony was brimming with warmth, laughter, and cultural charm. The traditional yellow hue of the haldi, applied with love by close family members, set the stage for an afternoon filled with joy. The celebration was enhanced by personalized ‘tappe’ and ‘bolliyan’, where Shireen and Anmol’s families joyfully exchanged folk songs, blending their traditions beautifully. The lively drumming of the ‘dholwalas’ provided a rhythmic backdrop, while DJ JayWeather energized the crowd with a mix of traditional and modern beats, ensuring everyone danced the day away.

Wedding

Guests were given a phera booklet at their seats, offering them a deeper understanding of the sacred significance of the phera ceremony. A petal bar added a delightful, interactive element, allowing guests to create their own flower cones, which they joyously showered on the couple at the culmination of the wedding.

Reception
The celebration continued into the evening with a soulful Sufi night, where the enchanting melodies of the Swaraag band created a spellbinding ambiance, seamlessly transitioning to DJ JayWeather’s vibrant beats and a dynamic percussionist that had everyone on their feet. The reception radiated charm, adorned with decor reminiscent of a mystical forest, perfectly realizing the couple’s vision of a magical celebration.
