Wedding Planning
Ramit and Shivani envisioned a wedding that perfectly reflects their vibrant personalities, and Team Innocept Studios crafted a celebration that featured a balanced blend of contemporary elements with subtle colors throughout all their ceremonies. The couple wanted every function to showcase modern aesthetics and vibrant hues, and the team of Castle Rock Events designed decor ensuring each event captured their unique essence and lively spirit.
Shivani shares, “The team of Castle Rock Events embodies dedication, collaboration, and excellence. It was truly a dream team to work with! Their understanding of my vision for our dream wedding and the addition of unique creative ideas for each of the events was amazing. Pooja doing the decor for our wedding was the best decision!”
Wedding Functions
Welcome Dinner
The welcome dinner was an all-white evening inspired by the Blanc Dejeuner concept. Set against the backdrop of the beguiling sea, the garden space was elegantly decorated with a floral carpet lining both sides of the pathway, creating a grand entrance for the couple. Tent-shaped lounges, illuminated with lights, offered spots for guests to relax, while beautiful lanterns hanging above gave the impression of floating lights. Thoughtful details such as shells, bonsai-lit props, candles, and charming notes added to the overall enchanting setup.
Sangeet
The sangeet was a techno-themed affair. The entrance featured a photo booth with multiple old-school TV installations showcasing the couple’s beautiful journey through black-and-white pictures and videos. The ceiling of the entrance tunnel held a sprawling display of two giant neon heartbeats. In the main ballroom, the ceiling was adorned with suspended LED cubes, and the bar, composed of numerous MI bars, was a spectacular sight.
Wedding
For the varmala ceremony, the couple embraced a uniquely contemporary concept. Blown glass flowers were artfully arranged to create a stunning backdrop against the setting sun. On the other hand, for the phera ceremony, instead of a traditional mandap, they tied the knot under a huge tree adorned with cascading floral garlands, creating a natural and holistic ambiance for their sacred union.
