Aditi and Deep, The Windflower Resorts & Spa Varca Goa
From a cheery all-yellow haldi, a glam sangeet to a beachside phera ceremony - this destination wedding in Goa was a heady mix of traditions and light-hearted moments!
Breezy, elegant, and effortlessly soulful – Aditi and Deep’s wedding in Goa unfolded like a sunlit film, where every moment felt spontaneous yet beautifully composed. Captured with artistry and emotion by WeddingSutra Favorite – Two House Stories, each frame reflected the couple’s creative spirit and their shared love for simplicity, storytelling, and timeless romance.

How They Met
Aditi was studying filmmaking, and Deep was pursuing cinematography. One captured stories through the lens, the other created them in her mind. Together, they were a scene waiting to unfold. From the first time they met, something felt uncannily familiar — as if two parallel scripts had suddenly merged into one. There was warmth, comfort, and that quiet electricity that can’t be faked. “It felt like we had known each other forever,” they would later say, like Before Sunrise had met Wake Up Sid in a chance montage of moments.
When they returned to India, Mumbai became their home away from home — a city that never sleeps, much like their dreams. Amid the chaos of film sets, coffee runs, and endless deadlines, they found peace in each other’s company. From late-night venting sessions to sharing stories about shoots gone wrong, their bond grew deeper, and somewhere between those coffees and conversations, friendship softly dissolved into love.
There was no dramatic proposal, no grand gesture — just a calm, certain knowing. The kind where two people look at each other and realise, “This is it.” As Aditi puts it, “When you know, you know.”

Wedding Planning
Their wedding was not about scale or spectacle, but about celebrating a love that had grown through the madness of the city and the serenity of shared silence. Every smile, every glance, every vow felt cinematic, like a scene where the camera lingers just a moment longer because it’s too beautiful to cut.
Through it all, Two House Stories played the role of a silent narrator, documenting not just what was seen, but what was felt. “We had the absolute pleasure of having the incredible team from Two House Stories capture our wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!” shares the couple. “Right from the start, they stood out for their aesthetic sense, promptness, and professionalism. Every photograph and film they created was beautifully composed and full of heart.” Their easygoing nature made the couple feel entirely at ease, blending into the celebration like family while crafting imagery that was cinematic, emotional, and elegant in every sense.

Wedding Functions
Haldi
The haldi exuded the warmth and charm of a Goan morning, wrapped in cheerful tones of yellow and green. An arched entryway dressed in marigolds and lush foliage welcomed guests into a garden paradise alive with laughter and sunshine. Earthen vases, woven baskets, and bursts of fresh florals in shades of lemon, cream, and coral lent the space a rustic yet refined touch.

Sangeet
As twilight descended, the celebration transformed into a glamorous night of music and movement. A dramatic tunnel of lights led into the venue, setting the stage for a sangeet that was equal parts modern and magical. Under a canopy of chandeliers, disco balls, and cascading greens, the couple made a grand entrance, hand in hand, radiating pure happiness.
The décor fused black-and-white geometric patterns with soft floral accents, creating a space that was stylish yet inviting.

Wedding
Set against the pristine Goan shore, their wedding day was a vision of calm and beauty. The pastel-hued mandap adorned with blush and ivory blooms framed the sea beyond, while the soft golden light of sunset wrapped everything in a gentle haze. Guests gathered under swaying palms as the couple exchanged varmalas amidst a shower of rose petals — a scene that looked painted in serenity. As the evening deepened, the ceremony glowed softly under chandeliers and woven lanterns.
