Pastel floral arches, a forest-inspired backdrop and scarlet hues - this couple’s indoor phera ceremony was an artistic mix of whimsy and luxury.
After almost seven years of dating, Aditi and Dhruv tied the knot with a series of glamorous celebrations. Combining the best of both worlds, traditional and modern, WeddingSutra Favorite – K Events planned each event seamlessly.
The Proposal
Aditi recollects, “Dhruv and I met in Singapore in 2018 and started dating. Dhruv never officially asked me to be his girlfriend, but somehow we just knew we were exclusively dating. Fast forward 6 years later, Dhruv told me he had a business trip to Bali and asked if I wanted to join him for the weekend. We enjoyed a helicopter ride, and as we flew over the hotel’s terrace, ‘Will you be my girlfriend, Adi?’ was written on the terrace with flower petals. I assumed this was his surprise! However, as the evening fell, Dhruv made the excuse of a client meeting and had the hotel staff show me around the property. I started walking down the path and realized something was happening as I spotted several photographers hidden in the trees. Once I reached the end of the path, I saw Dhruv standing on the same terrace where he had planned the earlier surprise. We enjoyed an intimate candlelight dinner and it was truly such a magical evening!”
Wedding Planning

Wedding Functions
Mehndi Carnival
Bedecked with vibrant blooms and colorful backdrops the mehndi carnival had everyone shaking a leg. Majestic chandeliers lit up the entryway and the mix of purple and silver lights set up a magical ambience. Later, the groom took over the DJ console and entertained the packed dancefloor.
Sangeet
Keeping the glamour quotient high, the sangeet had everyone, regardless of their age, taking the stage by storm! The couple exchanged rings onstage and later gave a smashing performance as they were cheered on by their loved ones.
Haldi
Using a vibrant palette of yellow, green and white, the haldi was a playful celebration. A flower shower and candid banter resulted in picture-perfect moments against the floral backdrop, which also had the couple’s hashtag.
Wedding
For the wedding, the couple chose to go for a dreamy floral decor with shades of rich red to accentuate the pastel tones. Floral arches adorned the stage, a moody forest-inspired backdrop and warm lights created an inviting yet magical ambience.
