Aishwarya and Himanshu, Thailand
Dressed in pink, bride Aishwarya looked like a princess as she entered her wedding venue in a regal white horse carriage.
Childhood sweethearts, Aishwarya and Himanshu, first met when they were in the 7th grade, and over time, their friendship evolved into love. Their Thailand wedding was a boisterous affair that reflected their vibrant personalities, and capturing all the special moments of the festivities in fabulous frames was WeddingSutra Favorite – CineLove Productions.
Wedding Planning
Acknowledging the challenges of planning and executing a destination wedding with a long guest list, the couple relied on the experts such as CineLove Productions for the wedding photography. The happy couple shares, “Team CineLove Production made us feel at ease completely and captured the most amazing shots. Their combination of skill and commitment can be seen in the pictures.”
Adding to the team were planners Weddings In Thailand and makeup artist Meera Sakhrani who made sure the bride looked her best at each event.
Weddings Functions
Mehndi
Taking full advantage of the sunny weather and the gorgeous views that surrounded them, the couple’s mehndi was hosted under the azure sky where everyone enjoyed the salty breeze rustling through their hair. Decorated with blue and pink flowers with a statement wreath flanking the couple’s seating area, the venue looked dreamy.
A ‘Valentine and Love’ themed dinner took place after the mehndi ceremony, and for this evening event, the women wore red ensembles while the men followed the black dress code.
Pool Party
When one is in Thailand, it’s hard to resist throwing a pool party! Equipped with a peppy decor that included multicolored umbrellas and bubbles, the venue looked fun and festive. The party was a hit thanks to the playful spirits of the couple who matched each other in cool black outfits.
Ring Ceremony/ Cocktail Dinner
Following a ‘Glitz and Glamor’ theme, the ring ceremony and cocktail dinner boosted the glamor stakes with its dazzling decor. Held under the dark, starry skies, the function venue, surrounded by lush foliage, was lit up by the soft glow of vintage light bulbs. For this chic event, Aishwarya donned a one-shouldered blue sequin gown, while Himanshu wore a velvet checkered blazer.
Wedding
For their traditional wedding, the duo chose to follow an elegant pink, white, and peach color palette. Featuring a profusion of delicate blooms, the decor setup looked like something out of a fairytale. Aishwarya walked under a floral canopy adorned with crystals as she made her way down the aisle. She wore a dusty pink lehenga which she paired with a set of neon pink wedding bangles. However, the highlight of the event was the duo’s smashing entries which included Himanshu entering the venue atop a vintage car surrounded by baaratis and traditional Thai dancers, while Aishwarya, inspired by Cinderella, made her entry on a white horse chariot.
