Traditional, grand and very impressive – Anshika Kumar and Udit Kukreja’s union was nothing less than a fairytale playing out where both their loved ones had a gala time. How They Met
Anshika shares, “We met through an arranged set-up where we both exchanged numbers and went out for a date. Initially, we were quite shy as it was our first meeting, but then we hit it off really well. After a few more meetings which also included both our families, we knew this was it!”

Wedding Planning
Happy memories are one of the most precious things that one carries home from a wedding, and documenting each of the couple’s adorable moments was CoolBluez Photography! Weddings Functions
Sagan
In a ceremony where the pandit performs a havan for the upcoming wedding, and the bride applies a tikka on the groom’s forehead to symbolize her acceptance of the marriage, Sagan ceremonies are usually closely-knit. Anshika and Udit’s Sagan ceremony was an event lit up by soft fairy lights and decorated with blooms and foliage that exuded a sense of warmth.

Cocktail
Taking glamour to new heights, the Cocktail party was an extravagant one! A champagne tower, glimmering lights and reflective decor elements under a red canopy gave the event a plushness that was further accentuated by everyone’s glitzy outfits.

Chooda
An open-air celebration where the bride playfully shook her kaleerein over her bridesmaids’ heads, the Chooda ceremony was punctuated by laughter and ample sunlight!

Mehndi and Haldi
Sunlit and filled with fun, the Mehndi and Haldi were replete with exuberant moments. While the bride had a gala time with her gal pals as she got henna patterned on her palms, Udit was playfully slathered with turmeric paste by his loved ones.

Sufi Night
Swathed in royal blue hues and adorned with elaborate crystal chandeliers, the Sufi night stayed true to its name. Contrasting the rich blue hues were white blooms and LED light installations that gave the venue a glamorous feel.

Wedding
Surrounded by raw natural beauty and canopied by a light blue sky, the Wedding was whimsical following the theme ‘Spark of nature’. As the groom entered with a lively baraat, the day looked picture perfect surrounded by tall trees and lit up by sunlight. After the Wedding ceremony, the couple also clicked some beautiful pics against the backdrop of the hills and the gentle flowing Kosi River.
