Be it the whimsical lakeside Pre-Party, the glamorous Sangeet, the lively Haldi or the dreamy sundowner wedding, Anushka and Himanshu’s celebrations were nothing short of magical. Helming these celebrations and ensuring that everything was picture-perfect was Lilac Moon Events who dexterously planned each event to reflect the couple’s tastes. Wedding Pre-Party
“The celebrations began with a unique Pre-Party at a Lakeside Chalet, inspired by Anushka’s dream of a white wedding. The serene lakeside setting perfectly complemented the intimate affair, with Anushka walking down the aisle in a stunning white gown to exchange vows with Himanshu. With only sixteen of their closest friends and family in attendance, the evening was a heartwarming start to their wedding journey”, Aakash and Anshu recollect.
Sangeet
Next up was the Sangeet, an electrifying Silver Disco-themed evening hosted in Mumbai. From glittering décor to an energetic atmosphere, the event set the tone for a night of unforgettable performances. With nineteen choreographed acts, including a breathtaking grand finale by the couple, the sangeet was nothing short of spectacular. The energy carried on into the after-party, which continued until 3:00 AM, with Anushka and Himanshu leading the charge as the last couple dancing.
Haldi
For their Haldi ceremony, the couple embraced a boho-chic theme at the charming Silk Route Café, Juhu. With vibrant, rustic décor, fun-filled games, and lively entertainment, the intimate gathering was a burst of joy and laughter. And, the highlight of the evening? Himanshu’s friends tore his kurta in playful mischief, marking a spirited end to the ceremony!
Wedding
The couple exchanged vows at sunset by the beach, with the golden glow of the setting sun adding an ethereal touch to the ceremony. Anushka was breathtaking in a red blush lehenga as she entered under the phoolon ki chaadar, while Himanshu looked dashing in his ivory sherwani.
