Wedding Planning
Simar Saluja from Classique Events shares, “This wedding wasn’t just a celebration of love; it was a union that brought together two remarkable families and honored a legacy of service and dedication. The bride’s father, a respected former police officer, and the groom, a corporate professional, welcomed a distinguished gathering of guests, including reputed police officers from across India, making it a memorable political wedding.
Our team designed each event with the couple’s unique journey in mind, creating a series of celebrations as vibrant and memorable as their story. From the bachelor’s bash to the wedding day itself, every detail was crafted with care, leaving the couple with memories they’ll treasure forever.”
Wedding Functions
Bachelor Bash
“The celebration began with an unforgettable bachelor’s party designed with a boho-disco theme that brought together the rustic and the glamorous. The decor featured sequined walls that shimmered under the lights, along with sparkly, feathery elements that created an atmosphere of elegance and fun. Black and gold accents set the perfect mood for a night of dancing, laughter, and unforgettable memories”, says Simar.
Mehndi
With the venue’s warm, vibrant red tones as the backdrop, the atmosphere was cozy, inviting, and full of energy. Simar adds, “Guests enjoyed traditional mehendi in the richly decorated setting, and we added an interactive touch to make the experience even more memorable. Each guest had a chance to create their custom tote bag, using various prints and colors, then filled it with a curated selection of goodies: scented candles, organic soaps, kajals, lip balms, body mists, and colorful bangles. This thoughtful activity allowed everyone to leave with a unique, personalized keepsake, capturing the festive spirit in a beautiful, tangible way.”
Sangeet
The Sangeet embraced a Moroccan theme, transforming the space into a magical setting. The decor featured lush arrangements of green, red, and white flowers, with an abundance of fairy lights casting a warm glow over the festivities. Hues of green, maroon, gold, and purple filled the surroundings, creating a stunning blend of color that added depth and elegance to the evening. The event began with holy rituals, followed by a heartfelt ring ceremony. After a lavish dinner, family and friends took the stage with surprise performances, adding joy and entertainment to the night.
Wedding
Simar shares, “After lively pre-wedding events, the couple’s heartfelt devotion to Sri Krishna led them to choose the sacred ISKCON Temple for their wedding ceremony. With the chants of ‘Hare Krishna, Hare Rama’ resonating in the air, the ceremony was filled with a sense of peace and spirituality that made the day truly sacred. The temple setting, adorned in elegant white and ivory with accents of orange, yellow, and green, honored their love for Lord Krishna and created a serene atmosphere. The couple exchanged vows under the blessing of Sri Krishna, framed by lush white florals with hints of orange and green. The jaimala ceremony was especially magical, as the bride, holding a delicate bouquet, approached her groom.”
Reception
The reception was a dazzling fusion of black, white, and gold. Simar shares, “A live band played patriotic tunes, giving a grand welcome to the bride’s dad’s colleagues who were esteemed police officers. The couple entered to the lively tunes which was followed by a heartfelt cake-cutting ceremony with their families. After dinner, the real celebration began with an after-party where the couple showcased a surprise performance, and guests danced the night away. Adding to the fun, a photo booth was set up for guests to capture playful memories. With themed props and vibrant backdrops, everyone got the chance to snap pictures, creating cherished keepsakes.”
