Wedding Planning
For Chetana and Ashish, it wasn’t just about decor or design—it was about an experience woven with joy, memories, and family warmth. “We had envisioned a royal yet simple and elegant celebration, and the team at 3X Events understood our dreams with remarkable precision,” shares the couple. Shalini Bhandari from 3X Events shares, “Our approach was rooted in storytelling. We wanted each event to feel distinct, yet harmonious, carrying the soul of tradition while embracing freshness.”

Wedding Functions
Mehndi
A burst of playful colour and nostalgia, the Mehndi was an upbeat affair drenched in quirky charm. Pop hues came alive through geometric printed floors and Bollywood-inspired collages, lending the space a spirited, youthful vibe.

Mayra
Staying true to familial roots, the Mayra was steeped in traditional elegance. The ladies on the bride’s side of the family turned out in beautiful orange and gold embroidered lehengas, adding to the festive glow. Rituals were performed with heartfelt reverence, while the decor reflected a quiet grandeur that honoured legacy and culture.

Antakshari Night
With minimalistic decor and maximal emotion, the Antakshari Night was an ode to togetherness. Guests across generations took turns belting out Bollywood classics, sparring with laughter and music. It was a night that radiated warmth, spontaneity, and old-school joy.

Dolly ki Doli
For Chetana and Ashish’s wedding, a special celebration was curated for the bride, lovingly called ‘Dolly’ by her family. Embracing the heartfelt theme of Dolly ki Doli, the evening was designed as an ode to her journey within the family, blending warmth, nostalgia, and joyous revelry.

Sangeet
Drenched in glamour, the Sangeet saw shimmering sequins suspended above a striking silver and blue stage. The night sparkled with high-energy performances and elegant choreography, creating an atmosphere that was both graceful and electric. “We wanted the evening to feel like a showstopper without losing its intimacy,” shares Shalini, “and every performance brought the family closer.”

The wedding was a grand culmination—regal, vibrant, and exquisitely detailed. Ornate floral arrangements, rich textures, and intricate patterns came together to create a royal setting that still felt modern and welcoming. “We worked extensively with the couple to define a visual identity for each function,” says Shalini. “For the wedding, we layered traditional opulence with contemporary styling to keep it both timeless and fresh.” From the baraat to the pheras, the day was an emotional crescendo, filled with happy tears, heartfelt vows, and the kind of magic that lingers forever.
