Easha and Arjun had an unconventional start to their love story but despite all odds, they both pursued their love for each other. How They Met
Easha shares, “Arjun and I first met as colleagues working together in the same office. However, as time flew by, we became fast friends and eventually realized that we were in love. It wasn’t exactly a conventional setting as he was my junior, but our love was strong enough to defy all odds. We also overcame distance and kept going strong when I had to move away to pursue my fellowship after completing my master’s degree.”
Wedding Venue
Envisioning a white and pastel themed wedding, the duo started their hunt for a wedding venue that would be compatible with their dream. Luckily, they found it soon enough in Hotel Mountview, Chandigarh. Easha shares, “I’m so glad we discovered Hotel Mountview which has a sprawling lawn that could easily accommodate our 200 guests. The staff was extremely kind and hospitable. All our whims were catered to without a complaint.” For their reception, the couple zeroed in on Hyatt Regency Chandigarh, which, with its plush interiors and amenities, made it the perfect place to celebrate their love.
Wedding Planning
Ensuring that their nuptials went smoothly, the couple gathered a team consisting of the most popular names in the industry whom they could rely on completely. An elegant affair, the wedding exuded dreamy vibes that were further accentuated by the scenic beauty surrounding the venue. With her vision of having a pastel themed wedding, the bride ensured that the decor reflected her elegant taste with elements in white, pink and green peppering the lawn. As she made her graceful entry under the phoolon ki chaddar, Arjun couldn’t help but greet Easha with a warm smile as she joined him on the mandap.
Explaining her decision behind choosing a white lehenga that truly embodied purity, Eashna shares, “White has always been my choice of color for my own wedding. And, when I saw this beautiful lehenga, I just knew that it had to be mine! Even Arjun coordinated with me on the outfit color palette and opted to wear a pastel pink sherwani with matching threadwork.”
