Hosting their celebrations at the luxury resort of Alila Diwa Goa, the couple turned to the team of The Wedding Page to plan and design their wedding details. The couple wanted something subtle and modern that thoughtfully elevated the venue’s beauty without overpowering it, and the team of The Wedding Page curated their festivities to perfection.
Wedding Functions
Mehndi
The Sundowner Mehndi unfolded by the natural ponds with the earthy, repurposable decor of wicker and wooden elements, softly accentuated with a floral palette of pinks. Bangles, earrings, dupattas, and hashtag badges were gifted to the guests as takeaways, while stalls for chaat, caricature-making, games, and more kept them entertained.
Sangeet
With a minimalist ethos and high-octane festivities, the Sangeet function was all about enjoyment! The couple kicked off the evening with their enthusiastic entry and ring ceremony before cutting the cake and sharing their first dance, which set the tone for non-stop performances and entertainment for the rest of the evening.
Haldi
The next morning dawned with a vibrant Haldi ceremony. Hues of yellow and orange lit up the rustic natural spaces of the venue while a canopy of marigolds descended from the trees over the ceremony setup. The couple was all smiles as their loved ones showered them with love and flowers.
Wedding
Imagined in dreamy hues of purple with exuberant flowers, the wedding was as magical as could be. Dressed in a stunning lavender lehenga, the bride looked heavenly as she exchanged garlands with the groom next to the pool. Surrounded by greenery, the mandap of lush purple florals looked ethereal as the couple took their vows.
