Wedding Planning
Ties n Knots Weddings & Events managed the planning, logistics and on-site execution, while WDNE created the distinct décor concepts. Prakash Creation documented the festivities, capturing the energy of the celebrations as well as the more intimate moments shared by the couple and their families.

“The focus was on giving every function its own personality while keeping the overall guest experience seamless,” shared Mukesh Agarwal and Mihir Parmar from Ties n Knots Weddings & Events. “From logistics and hospitality to the smallest on-site requirements, our team took complete ownership so the family could be present and enjoy the celebrations.”

For the couple, that attention to detail made a significant difference. “The best part was having an absolutely amazing event planning team. Every detail, every function, every little requirement and even the on-site issues were handled with such precision and, most importantly, with a personal touch. We truly never felt like anything was left unattended,” share Manali and Mohit.

From food and décor to hospitality and even buggy services, the planning was designed around the comfort of the guests. “For us, good planning is about anticipating what the family and guests will need before they have to ask for it,” add Mukesh and Mihir. “It allows the celebrations to feel effortless, even when a lot is happening behind the scenes.”

The couple also appreciated the personal connection they developed with the team. “Looking back, it wasn’t just an event planning team for us. They became a part of our wedding journey,” they share. “Some people help you execute your wedding, and some become a part of your story. For us, Ties N Knots will always be the latter.”

Wedding Functions
Haldi Carnival
The Haldi Carnival was bright, colourful and playful. A geometric backdrop in pink, turquoise, yellow and orange framed the stage, complemented by oversized paper flowers and large floral arrangements. A cane sofa with colourful cushions added to the relaxed setting, while patterned flooring brought the carnival theme together.

Sangeet
The Sangeet took a more dramatic turn with deep purple lighting, crystal chandeliers and cascading strands of crystals covering the ceiling. The stage was designed for performance, with the couple surrounded by dancers in vibrant red and blue costumes. Atmospheric lighting, smoke effects and a grand throne added to the theatrical feel of the evening.

Wedding
The wedding retained a traditional aesthetic with contemporary touches. The groom’s procession featured a richly embroidered umbrella topped with a statement pink chandelier, while the wedding setting was framed by ornate domed structures and floral details. For the pheras, the mandap featured cascading ivory and gold floral strands accented with small pink flowers. The understated palette allowed the couple and the rituals to remain the focus.

Sufi Night
Sufi Night brought a more intimate, atmospheric mood. An illuminated archway marked the couple’s entrance, with guests lining the passage holding colourful lanterns. Green lighting, chandeliers and low-lying fog added to the evening’s ambience. The celebration later shifted into a more dramatic setting, with the couple taking centre stage against red and purple lighting, special effects and clouds of smoke.
