Mansi and Gobind’s love story began in the action-packed city of Bangkok, and the couple decided to make their union official in the same location, with a fun-filled destination wedding. Their celebrations were made up of a series of intimate gatherings that were attended by their closest friends and family members. How They Met
Mansi and Gobind accidently bumped into each other in a hotel lobby in Bangkok. They were complete strangers but all it took was a single glance for them to fall for each other.
Wedding Functions
Mehendi
The mehendi ceremony had a unique rain dance theme. With decor comprising of bright flowers, umbrellas and drapes, the function was all about the guests having a gala time under refreshing showers. Guests dressed in bright beachwear and the couple too followed suit with Mansi wearing a gorgeous sunny ensemble and Gobind dressed in a green beach suit.
Sangeet
Mansi and Gobind’s sangeet had a traditional theme for which friends and family of the couple dressed in bright Indian clothes. Mansi, looking like a dream in a gorgeous green and grey lehenga, and put on a spectacular performance with Gobind, who looked dapper in a blue bandhgala. The stage was decorated with dainty pink flowers, chandeliers and flowing drapes, giving the performances a whimsical touch.
Anand Karaj
The couple had an Anand Karaj ceremony that took place at Gurdwara Siri Guru Singh Sabha in Bangkok. It was an intimate religious ceremony where the couple, dressed in luscious hues of pink, evoked blessings from the almighty and were blessed by their families as they began their new life together as husband and wife.
Cocktail Party
The wedding celebrations of Mansi and Gobind concluded with a fun-filled cocktail party that followed the Anand Karaj. The bride looked radiant in a blush gown while the groom wore a sleek black suit. The night, full of dancing and merrymaking, led to an after party that went on till the wee hours of the morning.
