Wedding Planning
Entrusting the coordination of the planning and hospitality to Tales of Tradition, the couple turned to Wedlock Weddings by Vima to design and orchestrate the most stunning decor concepts for their Wedding and Reception. The bride shares, “I had the best experience working with Vima. After discussing the designs with her and finalizing everything, she executed it perfectly without me having to oversee anything. It was a completely hands-off experience for us, and we couldn’t have picked a better team.”
Wedding Functions
Mehndi and Cocktail
Monika and Pradeep kicked off their wedding festivities with a close-knit cocktail function at The Century Club. Sporting a stunning Shyamal and Bhumika number, she partied away the night with her beau and loved ones, drinking and dancing to their hearts’ content.
Wedding
Hosted outdoors, the tranquil garden wedding was imagined in a refreshing palette of white and yellow that crafted the perfect blend of modern and traditional, while adding a sunny pop of color to the lush greenery and earthy aesthetics of the property. Floral rangoli art, garlands, drapes, and ornate brass wedding elements across the home-style boutique venue recreated the nostalgia and warmth of getting married in your ancestral home. The bride and groom matched the tone of the day in cream and gold as they tied the knot in the beautiful gazebo mandap surrounded by their loved ones.
Reception
The traditional warmth of the wedding ceremony was replaced by cocktail glamor as the evening transitioned into the Reception dinner. Rich hues of red amped up the elegance in the form of exquisite floral arrangements and plush drapes, while glittering chandeliers and a canopy of fairy lights lit up the night. Dressed in the classic evening combination of red and black, the bride and groom entered amidst great cheers as a violinist serenaded them. The evening continued with a live band, toasts, laughter, and cake-cutting as everyone celebrated the newlyweds.
