Hosting over 400 international guests across multiple days, the festivities unfolded with remarkable precision, seamlessly navigating unexpected challenges while delivering a guest experience that felt effortless from beginning to end.
Wedding Planning
The celebrations began with a carefully coordinated welcome as guests arrived over multiple days, with Bon Evento overseeing airport and railway transfers, personalised arrivals and smooth check-ins. Each room was prepared with bespoke welcome hampers featuring miniature ‘kathputlis’, adding a charming Rajasthani touch that reflected the bride’s vision.
Just as the festivities were about to begin, an unexpected February downpour threatened the outdoor celebrations. Remaining calm under pressure, the team swiftly adapted while ensuring that every experience remained uncompromised. In a touching moment of faith, the fathers of the bride and groom placed a traditional ‘kadhai’ upside down, praying for the rain to relent. Their optimism was rewarded as the skies cleared, allowing the celebrations to continue as planned.

Sufi Night
The festivities opened with Ruhani Raat, an enchanting Sufi evening dressed in rich emerald green and gold. A sea of candles created an intimate atmosphere while elegant floral accents elevated the setting with understated luxury. Guests welcomed the couple by waving customised scarves and fragrant gajras, adding warmth and participation to the celebration. Even as the post-rain chill settled in, strategically placed heaters ensured everyone remained comfortable, allowing the soulful evening to unfold effortlessly.
Haldi and Mehndi
The following day brought a complete shift in mood with a vibrant Haldi and Mehndi celebration. As evening descended, the celebrations transformed into a glamorous silver and gold Sangeet.
