Welcome Sundowner
Echoing the couple’s Kenyan heritage and passion for adventure, the Welcome Sundowner embraced a chic safari theme. Set against a striking tiger-printed backdrop, the decor featured rustic camping chairs arranged around crackling bonfires, exuding warmth and authenticity. It was the perfect way to ease guests into the festivities, setting an effortlessly elegant tone for the celebrations to follow.
Haldi
The Haldi ceremony paid heartfelt homage to India’s vibrant traditions, specifically the rich culture of Rajasthan. Puppets emblematic of Rajasthani folklore danced gently amidst vivid Sanganeri prints, creating an atmosphere steeped in tradition. The vibrant colour palette, punctuated by shades of yellow and orange and cascading marigold blooms, made for a radiant, immersive experience.
Sangeet
Neomi and Rakshit’s Sangeet was a captivating blend of dramatic gothic architecture and their shared appreciation for pottery. Fireflies translated this inspiration into decor featuring an elegant palette of silver and deep blue hues. Intricately designed elements mirrored gothic motifs, while subtle ceramic accents infused a personal charm, creating a setting both grand and intimate.
Wedding
For the wedding ceremony itself, grandeur took centre stage with a royal red palette inspired by the opulent courtyards, inspired by ace designer Sabyasachi’s aesthetic. Plush red furnishings, vintage frames, and artfully suspended florals enveloped guests in timeless elegance. The richness of the decor effortlessly captured the essence of regal romance.
