Nisha Kothari and Vishwas Surana, Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park
From a red carpet Sangeet to a Vrindavan-themed Varmala, this wedding was full of creative concepts and themes.
Acquaintances who fell deeply in love with each other, Nisha Kothari and Vishwas Surana celebrated their journey of togetherness with a vibrant wedding extravaganza by WeddingSutra Favorite – The Weddingwale. Watch it come alive below.
How They Met
From being acquaintances to finding their forever love, Nisha and Vishwas were destined to be together. Despite having known each other’s families for years, it was only in 2020 that they crossed paths in a gym and struck up a friendship. Casual conversations quickly turned into sharing every moment of their day, and then into video call marathons when Covid hit. Sneaking out during lockdown to jog and work out together daily, they never realized when their friendship transformed into love. Soon, they broke the news to their families, and following a beautiful proposal, they swung into wedding planning mode.
Wedding Planning
The couple hosted their Wedding at brand new Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, inaugurating the launch of the hotel with their festivities which were planned to perfection by The Weddingwale. They envisioned a celebration that was classy yet brimming with life and fun complete with out-of-the-box ideas, and they entrusted the team to pull it all together. Sharing about their experience, they say “Reetu, Jignesh and their entire team put up a stellar show. From understanding the brief from the start to designing the most amazing creatives, setting up meetings, giving constant updates, sending out invites, tending to our unending lists, handling the hospitality, entertainment and F&B division, they never let up. We are so grateful to them for staying calm and handling the logistics so efficiently, as it allowed us to enjoy everything without any stress”.
The decor was executed by The Wedding Factory, while their special moments were captured by Romil Shah Films.
Wedding Functions
Haldi
The groom’s family arrived to a grand welcome by an International troupe of drummers, flower showers and great revelry arranged by the bride’s side. The fun and frolic continued to the carnival-themed Haldi function with vibrant decor, interactive drumming, live singing with dance performances and an ever-charming Phoolon ki Holi.
Sangeet
The Sangeet function kicked the glam quotient up several notches with a starry red-carpet-themed evening replete with flashing paparazzi cameras, live interviews of the guests, a reels booth, vintage cinematic decor and more. The couple arrived at a magical entrance inspired by the greatest show ever starting the night of dance and music on a high. The high-octane energy of the occasion continued with an after-party with Sachin and Jigar.
Varmala
The next day began with a traditional Rajasthani Mayra function, followed by a boisterous parade-themed baraat that kicked off the wedding revelries. An entourage of Carnival dancers led the way for the dancing procession. Replete with a concert Dj, a beautiful Vrindavan-themed Varmala, a dainty floral reception and an after-party with Sachet and Parampara, the evening was truly a spectacle to behold.
