Nithya Ram, a popular Kannada TV Actress & sister of popular Kannada film star Rachita Ram recently took the plunge into marital bliss as she tied the knot with Gautham Narayanaswami, a digital marketer who’s settled in Australia. Intimate yet luxurious their Kannada Wedding consisted of several fun-filled ceremonies that were spread over Bengaluru and hosted in plush properties in Taj Yeshwantpur and Taj West End where they made full use of both the venue’s stunning environs. How They Met
Surprisingly, Gautham had no idea about Nithya’s celeb status when he first met her! Introduced by their mothers who are friends while Gautham was visiting India, it took the duo only 10 days to recognize the chemistry brewing between them. After a whirlwind romance, everything fell into place perfectly, and soon, a wedding date was finalized!

Wedding Venue
Even though the duo had several home-based celebrations planned before the wedding, for the Mehendi, they chose the luxurious Taj Yeshwantpur in Bengaluru where they made full use of the impeccable hospitality to execute an intimate event. For the big day, they zeroed in on Taj West End in Bengaluru where they were in awe of the lush greenery, natural beauty, and vast lawns of the property.

Wedding Planning
Knowing how important it is to have a wedding planner who understands your vision from the first go itself, Nithya and Gautham decided to rope in Wedlock Weddings By Vima to plan their wedding. With every detail being meticulously looked into, the duo’s big day went smoothly without a hiccup leaving everyone in attendance enchanted with its creativity and elegance.

To ensure that every moment was captured in stunning frames, photographer Raj RJ took stunning shots of the couple and their loved ones as they reveled together. From playful candids to shots filled with emotion, each picture from his lens exuded unfiltered emotions.

Weddings Functions
Mehendi
An intimate yet cozy affair with 50-60 people in attendance, the Mehendi witnessed many entertaining moments as the bride and her pals indulged in games, music and got henna patterned on their palms. Glowing in a sunny yellow lehenga, the bride radiated joy as she took to the dance floor by storm as she grooved to her favorite tracks. Equipped with a stage decorated with a vibrant floral arch, this ceremony had everyone shaking a leg regardless of age!

Wedding
Held on the vast Prince of Wales lawn at the Taj West End, the wedding took one’s breath away with its traditional and luxurious decor. Mrs. Vima Shirleyann Rodrigues, the founder of Wedlock Weddings by Vima shares, “Nithya had planned to wear a beautiful gold saree, hence I suggested that we use the yellow hue to complement her outfit. The idea was instantly loved by them both and we used delicate yellow-hued blooms in the mandap decor which also contrasted beautifully with the surrounding greenery! Additionally, the bride’s entry was also breathtaking as she walked down a long pathway ensconced by greenery which was peppered with flowers towards the mandap.”
