Pawan and Bhoomi bonded over their shared love for travel, art and curated experiences. This, says the team at Show Mania Events & Entertainment, translated seamlessly into their wedding bells. “They wanted the decor to feel luxurious but not overwhelming, with each function having its own distinct personality while maintaining overall cohesion.”
Wedding Functions
Carnival
The wedding celebrations started with a sun-kissed carnival. The high-energy event was designed as a playful, immersive experience for guests. Pastel colors, interactive installations, and whimsical decor elements set the tone, with live performers, a DJ, food carts, and games creating a festive, mela-like atmosphere. The couple wanted this function to feel like a festival—an icebreaker that encouraged guests to mingle, as they stepped into the perfect wedding weekend.
Cocktail
The Cocktail evening was a glamorous, high-style affair that balanced sophistication with a party-ready mood. A chic palette of darker hues, metallic accents, MI lighting, coin fountains and a curved LED backdrop on stage created an intimate yet dramatic setting. Statement bar setups, contemporary floral arrangements, and the fantabulous DJ elevated the experience, making it a stylish prelude to the wedding celebrations while allowing guests to unwind and dress up.
After Party
The After Party was designed as an unfiltered, high-octane celebration where formality gave way to pure fun. With club-style lighting, a high-energy DJ set, and lounge-style seating, the space transformed into a late-night party zone. Personalized elements such as neon signage, signature cocktails, and midnight bites kept the energy going well till the morning, making it one of the most memorable events of the weekend.
Baraat
The baraat was an opulent and spectacular affair, elevated by the infusion of powerful dhol rhythms and the grooving beats of an exceptional DJ.
The groom made a majestic entrance in a vintage Rolls-Royce, exuding timeless elegance and royal charm. Surrounded by joyous guests dancing to the DJ beats, the procession of “Baraat on wheels” became a truly lavish and unforgettable celebration.
Wedding
The wedding ceremony was envisioned as a serene and deeply meaningful affair, centered around tradition and emotion. The decor was intentionally elegant and understated, allowing the rituals to take precedence. A thoughtfully designed traditional mandap, soft florals, and a harmonious color palette created a sacred yet visually striking setting, perfectly framing the couple’s pheras and marking the most significant moment of the celebration.
Reception
The Reception brought the celebrations to a graceful close with an evening that blended celebration and sophistication. Designed as a grand yet warm affair, the decor featured flowers, ambient lighting, and elegant table settings with peaceful live music. Heartfelt speeches, an entry performance including a fireworks display with the name of the newlyweds highlighted in the mountains and a lively ambience ensured the night struck the perfect balance between emotional moments and celebratory energy.
