Wedding Planning
Dinesh Pandya of Bhoomi Events and Planners says, “For the Carnival, we wanted to blend a vibrant, sun-drenched energy with the cozy comfort of a family gathering, brought to life through a cheerful palette of sunflower yellow and terracotta. And the sangeet had an entirely different mood with a grand piano, the pianist’s silhouette blending perfectly into the galactic theme. The wedding saw a multi-tiered white mandap with a dome-like structure, draped in cascading white floral garlands and accented by lush red rose installations. To provide a more intimate touch for the couple, we designed a bespoke stage area featuring a backdrop of white floral jaali.”

Wedding Functions
Carnival
The carnival had a lush green archway through the yellow-and-white chevron aisle.
Across the venue were little pockets of charm—weathered milk cans, wooden barrels, and fresh lavender—to create a “home-away-from-home” atmosphere that invited people to relax and connect. A bohemian photo-op featuring a pampas grass “dress” became a joyful focal point for grandparents and kids alike to capture memories. Under the soft, golden glow of billowing white fabric, was a whimsical carnival that felt both sophisticated and deeply personal—a space where every generation could feel the magic.

Sangeet
The Sangeet transported guests into a breathtaking celestial dreamscape. “The Starry Night” aesthetic saw the venue being transformed into a cosmic wonderland, and featured a deep-space backdrop of shimmering nebulas in pinks, purples, and blues.
Above, a dense canopy of soft white clouds was suspended from the ceiling, illuminated by delicate crystal “raindrops” and shimmering fairy lights that created the illusion of a sparkling midnight sky.
The centrepiece of this ethereal atmosphere was a grand black piano set upon a circular stage. As the night progressed, the energy shifted to the main stage, where performers in vibrant crimson costumes executed high-octane choreography against a high-definition LED backdrop. The ceiling’s intricate, wave-like wooden lattice work added a sophisticated architectural layer to the ballroom.

Wedding
A magnificent red floral gateway, featuring an ornate archway flanked by silver mosaic panels with intricate scalloped details, led into the wedding venue. A sprawling lawn transformed into an open-air ballroom under a massive white canopy, where dozens of crystal chandeliers and billowing fabric drapes create a warm, opulent glow above ivory-and-gold patterned tables.
The architectural heart of the wedding was a multi-tiered white mandap with a dome-like structure, draped in cascading white floral garlands and accented by lush red rose installations. To provide a more intimate touch for the couple, there was a bespoke stage area featuring a backdrop of white floral jaali arches and a ceiling of suspended white garlands and natural branches, which beautifully framed the sophisticated cream seating. Every element, from the grand gold-latticed entrance on the main platform to the carefully curated mix of traditional red blooms and modern crystal accents, was designed to create a timeless, photogenic experience that felt both monumental and deeply personal.
