Poojan Bari and Neha Jethwani are an energetic duo whose wedding was every bit as vibrant as their personalities. With a clear vision for every celebration and an effortless understanding of each other’s style, the couple collaborated closely to create a wedding that was rich in character and seamlessly executed. Wedding Planning
With Exotic Goa Events at the helm, every celebration was designed to have its own identity while remaining part of a cohesive wedding story. From high-energy themed experiences to deeply rooted ceremonial moments, each event unveiled a fresh design language and atmosphere, ensuring guests discovered something new at every turn. Reflecting on the celebrations, Seby Noronha of Exotic Goa Events shares, “Poojan and Neha had a very clear vision of how they wanted each celebration to feel. Our role was to translate those ideas into immersive experiences while ensuring every detail came together seamlessly. The result was a wedding where every function had its own personality, yet the celebrations felt beautifully connected.”
Wedding Functions
Graha Shanti
The wedding festivities began on a graceful note with a Graha Shanti ceremony that balanced spirituality with regal elegance. Mughal-inspired arches framed the venue, while a rich palette of maroon lent warmth and depth to the setting. Traditional elements blended effortlessly with refined detailing, creating a serene backdrop that honoured the rituals.
Mehendi
The Mehendi embraced understated elegance with intricate floral motifs woven into a rich maroon colour palette. Warm lighting and intimate décor created an inviting atmosphere, allowing the joyful energy of the celebrations to shine through while maintaining a sense of effortless sophistication.
Carnival
Injecting a burst of playful energy into the celebrations, the Carnival was a riot of colour and nostalgia. Bold striped installations, whimsical signage, oversized props, lively games and bright floral accents recreated the charm of a festive fairground. Every corner invited guests to explore, interact and embrace the carefree spirit of the afternoon.
Sangeet
The Sangeet transported guests into a mystical world inspired by the night sky. Deep midnight blues and shimmering silver defined the palette, while soft haze added an ethereal quality to the venue. Mesh wire installations and scattered crystals reflected light like constellations, creating a dreamlike setting that perfectly complemented an evening of music, performances and celebration.
Wedding
For the wedding ceremony, the mood shifted to timeless elegance rooted in tradition. Soft shades of blush pink, ivory, and gold created a calming canvas, complemented by brass lamps, glowing diyas and urlis filled with floating lotuses and petals. Auspicious banana plants and coconuts framed the space, while the mandap, adorned with fragrant rajnigandha, shewthi and kaneer flowers, became the centrepiece of a ceremony that felt intimate, graceful and deeply meaningful.
Sundowner
Drawing inspiration from Tulum’s relaxed charm, the Sundowner embraced effortless bohemian luxury. Natural wood arches, layered lounge seating and lush tropical foliage featuring monstera and palm leaves created an earthy yet refined setting. Accents of muted terracotta, burnt coral and soft red added warmth, resulting in a celebration that felt relaxed, stylish and perfectly in tune with Goa’s coastal spirit.
After Party
The celebrations culminated in a glamorous after-party where bold shades of red, maroon and black transformed the venue into a sophisticated high-roller lounge. Velvet drapes, playful signage and neon-lit seating created an immersive atmosphere that encouraged guests to dance the night away. As Seby Noronha reflects, “Every function was intentionally different because we wanted guests to experience a new world every time they walked into a venue. That constant sense of discovery became one of the defining highlights of Poojan and Neha’s wedding.”
