With the soft sea breeze punctuating every celebration, Ritika and Anmol’s destination wedding in Goa was a celebration brimming with heartfelt moments. How They Met
It all started 11 years ago—Anmol and Ritika met through a mutual friend, living in different cities but connected through conversations that flowed easily over texts and calls. Life, as it does, pulled them in different directions, and for a few years, they lost touch. Fast forward four years, fate had other plans. With just one message, they reconnected, and this time, their friendship grew more with time and it turned into something far more meaningful.
Wedding Planning
Ritika shares, “For us, the memories we’d create on our wedding day were just as important as the day itself. We always knew that having the right photographer would be key to capturing those precious moments forever. When I first discovered Wedding Rituals, something about their work just clicked with me—the way they captured images and emotions was exactly what I was looking for. I told Anmol about it, and without me even knowing, he sent an enquiry to see if they were available for our dates.
Turns out, fate was working in our favor. Anmol already knew Ravi, the mastermind behind Wedding Rituals, as they were old friends. When we found out they were available to shoot our wedding, I felt a sense of relief and joy wash over me—I just knew we were in the best hands. Anmol coordinated most of the details with them at first, and with all the wedding planning chaos, I didn’t get a chance to personally discuss the kinds of shots or specific moments I
wanted to capture. But honestly, I didn’t have to. The team seemed to instinctively know what we wanted, what mattered to us, and what moments would mean the most in years to come.
When we received the final wedding teaser, the pictures, and then the full movie… it was nothing short of magical! Choosing the right photographer is so much more than just getting beautiful pictures. It’s about finding someone who understands the essence of your love story and can freeze those fleeting moments in time, so you can relive them forever. Haldi
The couple shares, “For our Haldi, we wanted something a little different, so instead of the usual yellow tones, we went with a vibrant mix of pink and yellow, inspired by the beauty of Bougainvillea blooms. We had a gorgeous bamboo backdrop designed that felt natural and earthy, yet completely elegant. It was a day filled with laughter, color, and joy, surrounded by the people we love most.”
Sangeet
“Our Sangeet was a night to remember. We envisioned it as a royal, glamorous evening. Chandeliers hung overhead, casting a soft glow, while velvet drapes set the scene for an opulent, royal touch. It was a night of music, dance, and pure celebration”, the duo shared.
Wedding
“Our wedding day was simply magical. We chose a soft lavender palette, keeping the decor minimal yet elegant. The real showstopper was our mandap—we designed it with tree vines, blending it seamlessly with the natural beauty of the outdoor setting. It was breathtaking, a moment that felt like stepping into a fairy tale. The setting sun, the soft breeze, and the love we felt around us—it was everything we could have hoped for and more”, the couple happily recollects.
