Rupanshi Guliani and Yash Sahijwani, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach
This couple’s beachside wedding mandap in Mumbai was a beautiful fusion of modern and traditional glam
Rupanshi Guliani, a Creative Partner at Vogue + GQ and Yash Sahijwani, a jeweller’s union, combined the best of hospitality and style. Planning their union was WeddingSutra Favorite – F5 Weddings, who, with their keen insights, ensured the couple’s vision came to life seamlessly.
Wedding Planning
The couple shares, “Our wedding, hosted in January, was rooted in tradition and love. All of the elements at our wedding were deeply personalised to focus on two aspects – the comfort of our guests and to ensure that we, as a couple, are relaxed and having the best time of our lives!”
Planning one’s dream wedding with a long guest list can be daunting. Thankfully, for Rupanshi and Yash, F5 Wedding was there with them every step of the way. Bride Rupanshi shares, “F5 Weddings took all the stress out of planning and ensured our wedding was truly the most special day of our lives. From covering every detail to bringing creative ideas to life, their execution was flawless. They managed vendors seamlessly, handled on-ground coordination with ease, and ensured our guests were comfortable and having a great time. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and unforgettable.”

Wedding Functions
Mehndi
The celebrations commenced with a close-knit mehndi. Flanked by a foliage-adorned backdrop and surrounded by blooms, the bridal seat was the highlight of the event. The soft pops of peach, purple and yellow gave the celebration a distinctly feminine vibe.

Sangeet
As evening fell, the couple geared up for a glamorous sangeet. Energetic performances, a stylish entry by the couple and a heartwarming ring-exchange ceremony had everyone cheering on. Later, the couple also took to the dancefloor to show off their best moves!

Haldi
Rather than go for the usual yellow tones at the haldi, the couple opted for a ‘gulabi’ haldi! Floral arches adorned with soft pink blooms and the couple’s gold-plated monogram gave the playful haldi rituals a whimsical vibe!

Wedding
Rupanshi shares, “For our big day, we decided to keep it contemporary while honoring our roots. Our wedding was a mix of tradition and modern touch, elevated by soft, serene tones of pastel hues. The wedding mandap was adorned with ivory blooms, and the suspended crystals reflected the rays of the sun, creating a magical atmosphere. As we exchanged varmalas, we were showered by red rose petals.”
