Advice for couples
Reflecting on the planning process, Shriya shares the importance of beginning preparations well in advance to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable experience. “I would definitely recommend giving yourself at least 6–7 months to plan the wedding, as it makes the entire process much smoother and less stressful. Try to pre-decide everything in advance, from the venue and décor concepts to the photographer and choreographer. Having a clear mood board and vision for all the details you want at your wedding really helps bring everything together seamlessly,” she says.
She also emphasises the importance of choosing experienced professionals with strong recommendations and a proven track record. According to her, working with reliable teams you can trust makes all the difference in ensuring the celebrations unfold beautifully and without unnecessary stress.
