Bringing together tradition, opulence, and modern flair, Smridhi Chhabra and Sagar Ramani’s wedding was a multi-day affair that blended intimate rituals with striking design. Meticulously planned and designed by WeddingSutra Favorite – 7 Oceans Entertainment, every moment was seamlessly curated to reflect the couple’s vision.
Wedding Planning
With a reputation for immersive experiences and aesthetic finesse, 7 Oceans Entertainment orchestrated the wedding with exceptional attention to detail. From conceptualising bespoke themes for each function to flawlessly executing logistics, their expertise was evident in every element. Speaking about the vision behind the celebration, Shashank P Narsaria, founder of 7 Oceans Entertainment, shares, “Smridhi and Sagar wanted a celebration that felt uniquely theirs, which was elegant yet rooted, modern yet soulful. Our goal was to translate that sentiment into every space and experience.”
Wedding Functions
Haldi
Set against a palette of soft pastels and creamy whites, the venue was adorned with delicate floral arrangements, citrus-hued marigolds, and hand-painted blue-and-white pottery that drew inspiration from Dior designs. The backdrop featured a vibrant marigold installation framed by cobalt blue columns, while the entrance was styled with cascading blooms and printed arches. Guests, dressed in pastel-toned ensembles, were welcomed with bespoke gift boxes and mini perfume favours. Smridhi and Sagar added a personal touch to tradition with custom rituals and cheerful yellow-toned decor. A Dior-themed photo booth and curated live music playlist elevated the festive spirit.
Sangeet
As dusk fell, the vibe shifted from delicate charm to dazzling drama. The Sangeet night sparkled with high-octane energy under the theme ‘Twinkling Nights’. The ballroom was transformed into a galaxy of shimmer and light with cascading fairy lights, metallic accents, and sequin-clad drapes. A striking LED backdrop glowed with the couple’s initials, setting the stage for electrifying dance performances.
The couple’s grand entry through a mist-laden dance floor amped up the glam quotient, while a DJ played a pulsating set that kept the energy high. Thoughtfully designed props and glittering photo booths added to the celebratory flair, and glitter-dusted keepsakes gave the guests an extra reason to smile.
Wedding
Drawing from the grandeur of royal courts, the wedding ceremony exuded timeless elegance. The mandap was framed by towering floral columns in crimson and ivory, adorned with cascading mogra strings and gold detailing. Rich fabrics like velvet and silk added a regal air, while deep hues of red and green dominated the colour story. The couple’s entry was nothing short of cinematic, with Sagar arriving in a vintage car and Smridhi making her way through a floral arch. Every detail, from the ornate chandeliers to the handcrafted garlands, echoed majesty, culminating in a ceremony that felt traditional and grand.
