Snehi and Kevin, The Westin Pune Koregaon Park
Gold, white and pink hues were fused seamlessly to create this couple’s enchanting wedding mandap.
Snehi Zaveri, an interior design entrepreneur and Kevin Shah had fuss-free elegance on their minds as they envisioned their wedding. Ensuring that every detail was carefully curated WeddingSutra Favorite – Auspicious Events & Entertainment planned the celebrations. WeddingSutra Favorite – Q Events and Weddings adhered to the couple’s love for clean, soothing aesthetics as they designed their wedding.
Wedding Planning
Team Auspicious Events & Entertainment shares, “Snehi, hailing from an interior design background had complete clarity when it came to her wedding. The couple was easy to work with and they gave us plenty of creative control.” Spearheading the design front was Q Events and Weddings who echoed the couple’s affinity for everything modern. Clean and minimal designs were carefully curated with elements, like, dainty blooms, light hues and geometric shapes.
Wedding Functions
Welcome
The celebrations commenced with a minimalistic welcome party where the guests were greeted with drinks and sweet treats. Spontaneous dance moves due to the energetic dhol beats followed along with open banter between the couple’s loved ones.
Mehndi
Soon after the welcome party, the bride decided to get her mehndi on with her bridal squad. This was a close-knit gathering where the bride kept herself comfy in a pyjama set! Kevin twinned with his soon-to-be better half as he too donned a pyjama set and joined Snehi in the celebrations.
Valentine’s Dinner
Themed around Valentine’s Day, this dinner had everyone reaching for their partners as they danced to their favorite tunes. Numerous heart-shaped red and white balloons, roses and a live band set the mood for a party that went well into the night!
Haldi
Showcasing their love for clean designs, the couple opted for a fuss-free haldi celebration. Minimal blooms, brass vases and a colorful entryway with ethnic wall hangings suspended from the ceiling adorned the venue.
Sangeet
Glamour took the front seat at the sangeet where LED screens flanked the stage. A bar with a digital front and entertaining bartenders. The entryway was especially catchy with hexagonal LED arches that gave the guests a peek of what awaited inside.
Wedding
Snehi and Kevin, both, had their own baraat. While Snehi made a stylish entry in a red convertible car, Kevin chose a rugged black SUV. The varmala stage flaunted white blooms with pops of red stood against an ivory backdrop. The mandap honored tradition with a canopy crafted out of suspended blooms and traditional brass stands. As the couple completed their wedding ceremony, firecrackers were burst to celebrate the joyous occasion.
After Party
Unlimited shots, a vast dancefloor, colorful lights and groovy tracks were the standout features of the after-party. After a series of traditional celebrations, the youngsters were at their energetic best at this party.
