This couple finely balanced elegance with extravagance as they celebrated their union with a glam white-green sangeet and a pink floral phera ceremony.

How They Met
Aumkar shares, “Swara and I met in med school when I was in my third year and she was a fresher. We instantly clicked and became the best of friends.
Funny enough we assured each other that we were just friends and there was nothing more between us and then Covid happened, and not a day went by when we didn’t talk to each other or stay without talking to one another. That is when we knew that there was something special brewing in between us.”
Wedding Planning
Spearheading the wedding planning was Weddings by Neeraj Kamra who guided the couple through the intricacies of planning a wedding while they were busy overseas. The couple shares, “Team Weddings by Neeraj Kamra was extremely dedicated to ensuring everything was just perfect. Each person on the team was incredibly talented and they were helpful at every turn. We are so happy that we chose them to make our dream wedding come true.”

Wedding Functions
Mehndi
Dappled in the sunshine, the mehndi flaunted hues of pink, orange and yellow. The bright hues contrasted with the lush hills surrounding the venue. A floral rangoli and large floral setups adorned the venue while the bridal seating was surrounded by cane vases and baskets brimming with blooms.
Sangeet
Elegance and glamour were at an all-time high at the sangeet which was bedecked with white roses and lit up by warm yellow lights. Lush foliage added a splash of green while acrylic furnishings along with rich forest green tablecloths enhanced the ambience. The couple made a show stopping entry with cold pyros lighting up the night.
Haldi
Marigolds, sunflowers and white roses welcomed the guests to the haldi venue where the entryway arches were adorned with these delicate blooms. Hosted on a lawn, the haldi was peppered with playful moments where everyone cheerfully slathered the couple with a turmeric mixture. Dashes of gold and earthy wooden hues were carefully interspersed throughout the decor.
Wedding
A stunning fusion of pink, white and green hues adorned the wedding mandap. The chrome aisle was flanked by white pillars decorated with cascading blooms in the same hue while an ombre pink wall made for the perfect backdrop. Brass accents added a dash of glam.
