Wedding Functions
Sangeet
A glamorous Sangeet kicked off the celebrations with pomp and splendor. Décor in hues of red and gold ruled against the inky blue evening, while chandeliers, shimmering lights and a canopy of tinsel lit up the twilight sky. Golden vases filled with flowers added a royal touch. Dressed in a rich blue and gold sherwani and a bright fuchsia lehenga respectively, the groom and bride smiled blissfully.
Mehendi
A vibrant extravaganza, the Mehendi function was hosted at Jai Bagh. The colorful décor of drapes, flowers, tassels, traditional puppets and more, painted a riveting picture against the lush backdrop. The couple looked radiant in coordinated outfits of fuchsia, purple and gold.
Haldi
The poolside Haldi was hosted as a sundowner function. Strings of orange and yellow marigolds decked the setup with a lively vibe. Dressed in bright yellow attires, the bride and groom were doused in turmeric paste and flower petals by their loved ones.
Dinner
An elegant dinner on the Baradari terrace followed the Haldi festivities. Bathed in warm golden lighting, regal red décor of flowers and crystal lamps filled the night with decadence.
Wedding
The ethereal wedding décor in white looked divine against the misty Aravalli hills beyond. Decked with dainty blooms, the mandap was setup against the rooftop pool of Baradari Terrace, where the couple tied the knot in a traditional Buddhist wedding ceremony amidst their loved ones. Dressed in elegant ensembles of ivory, they were the portrait of happiness. Additionally, the day was made all the more special by the presence of the bride’s best friend who was specially flown in by the groom and the wedding planners as a surprise.
The wedding was followed by an intimate cake cutting ceremony, for which the bride changed into a shimmering champagne gold gown and the groom donned a dapper tuxedo.
