Tuberoses, brass bells and red blooms adorned this couple’s majestic wedding mandap sheltered by an ancient tree.

Wedding Planning
Abhishek Jain from Weddings by Abshishek shares, “Tanisha and Samay envisioned a simple yet elegant décor that embraced the natural beauty of their open-lawn venue. They wanted to avoid heavy structures, allowing the lush greenery to enhance the aesthetics of each function.”
Wedding Functions
Haldi
The couple entered the haldi event with a colorful confetti blast while the groom’s mother sang a heartfelt song for her soon-to-be daughter-in-law. Engaging activities led by the anchor kept the guests occupied. Abhishek adds, “The groom’s mom had also crafted customised jute bags that were bestowed as giveaways to the female guests in the party. The couple chose a bright yellow theme with marigold flowers and terracotta elements to keep it traditional. To complement the venue’s greenery, groom Samay went for a unique decor element, like, lemon and chilis which were suspended from the trees to symbolise prosperity and protection.”

Sangeet
Instead of the usual blingy Indian wedding sangeet, bride Tanisha was keen on something regal and elegant. Abhishek shares, “The couple’s entry was planned with bubbles filling the venue, creating a magical ambience. After some brainstorming, the duo chose a royal purple color palette. It set the mood for a sophisticated celebration where the families enjoyed themselves to the fullest as they put their best foot forward on stage. Samay surprised Tanisha by making a live portrait of her on stage, adding an emotional and unforgettable moment.”

Wedding
“Since Samay wasn’t in favor of a dramatic entry, we planned a simple yet elegant one, where the bride’s close family members lined the aisle and showered him with rose petals as he walked to the stage. Tanisha’s entry was kept graceful with a fog effect, enhancing the dreamy atmosphere. Male guests were welcomed with ‘Milni Malas’, while the female guests received cute mini rose bouquets. The varmala stage was set under a beautiful tree, decorated with fragrant tuberoses and bells. Plus a live painter beautifully captured the moment on canvas. The mandap reflected a subtle South Indian influence, with an elegant green and white color palette. Adding a meaningful touch, printed mantras were displayed, serving as both a spiritual element and a stunning photo-op. The overall wedding theme was red and white, with the natural greenery adding a fresh and beautiful contrast”, recollects Abhishek.
