Wedding Planning
The couple planned a city wedding, picking elite venues across Mumbai for each of their functions. With distinct tastes, the bride entrusted the team of Dark Horse Events to breathe life into her vision for each function. From a colorful haldi with a flower shower to a Sangeet with live entertainment all night long and a wedding that was traditional with a twist, they curated every detail to match the couple’s ideas for their festivities.

Wedding Functions
Haldi
Hosted at ITC Maratha, the Haldi festivities kicked off with a vibrant outdoor affair full of life and love. Doing away with the tradition of yellow, the occasion was designed to match the bride’s quirky energy with a carnival of colors. Flower petals and smoke bombs in every color filled the air as the couple danced and enjoyed with their loved ones, followed by the haldi ritual where they were doused with haldi, love, and flowers.
Sangeet
The Sangeet evening turned the glam factor up a notch, for which the setting was changed to the magnificent Hotel Sahara Star. The glitzy decor of jewel tones, shimmering lights, and a striking stage imbibed the occasion with modern decadence, making for the perfect backdrop to a night of stunning family dances and rousing entertainment by artist Gurdeep Mehendi.
Mehndi
With breezy floral decor and warm family moments, the cozy mehndi soiree was held at the stylish Lower Parel restaurant of Canto. The evening saw tons of fun games and lively celebrations with music and dance.
Wedding
Envisioning a traditional celebration with a modern feel, the couple embraced the lush ambiance and cityscape backdrop of Bayview Lawns for their wedding. Being nature lovers, the couple wanted to be enveloped in the serenity of greenery as they wed, and Team Dark Horse Events made it happen with a stunning mandap set with an abundance of foliage and flowers. The guests were treated to a popsicle stand to beat the heat, and a “make your own perfume” stand for memorable takeaways they would cherish.
