Transitioning effortlessly from modern to old-school regal themes, Vaidehi and Ayush Saraf’s destination wedding was a luxurious celebration. Planned by WeddingSutra Favorite – Auspicious Events & Entertainment, this wedding had it all – be it a quirky youngster’s party or a stunning all-red wedding! And, capturing the couple as they revelled and expressed spontaneous love was WeddingSutra Favorite – Hiraaya by Ayushi.
Wedding Planning
Vaidehi shares, “We’ve always envisioned a wedding where we wanted our guests to be just as energetic as we were. The wedding, in short, was dreamy, fun yet relaxing. The planning team did a fantastic job! Everyone was so well coordinated for all the events. They looked into our entries and shadowed us so that everything was on point. They were incredibly hardworking.”
On the photography front, Hiraaya by Ayushi took charge as the team was with the couple at every step of the way. Capturing priceless moments with their sharp timing skills and creativity, the photography team left nothing to chance as they photographed this beautiful union.
Adding his energy into the mix was WeddingSutra Favorite – DJ Alex who played catchy sets that made everyone take the dancefloor by storm.
Weddings Functions
Mehndi
Adorned with pink blooms that were accentuated by turquoise elements, the mehndi exuded playful vibes. With a special seating area crafted for the couple with a comfy rose-hued soda and a matching backdrop, the to-be-weds had a gala time as everyone around them got henna patterned on their palms.
Sufi Night
Surrounded by flowy drapes in a multitude of hues and lit up by spotlights, the sufi night decor created a relaxed and cozy atmosphere for everyone to mingle freely. With soulful yet spirited tunes playing through the night, the dance floor was full till the early hours of the morning.
Youngster Party
Flaunting LED lights and quirky decor elements, the Youngster Party amped up the glamour levels. Hosted at the second Mewar Lawn, this party had everyone in high spirits with its carnival-like atmosphere which included entertainers dressed as robots. A typographic dance floor and round lanterns only added to the fun!
Haldi and Myra
Surrounded by her closest family and friends, Vaidehi combined the celebration of her haldi and myra within a day. While the haldi was hosted indoors and consisted of several playful moments, the myra was hosted under the blazing sun and surrounded by the beauty of the mountains.
Ayush’s haldi was also held indoors with cheerful marigolds and delicate pink roses adding colour to the surroundings while his family playfully slathered him with haldi.
Sangeet
Flaunting soft glam decor and held at the vast Mewar Lawn, the event was a breezy one lit up by gold lights that gave the proceedings a cosy vibe. Following ‘The Glam Forest’ theme the event included lit-up gazebos, huge chandeliers and Grecian-style statues as decor elements.
Wedding
Adorned with a stunning scarlet and gold wedding mandap abundant with roses and installations that resembled lotus buds, the couple’s Marwari wedding was nothing short of a regal affair. Red chandeliers, vintage candelabra centerpieces and vintage red-upholstered chairs completed the decor story.
