Wedding Planning
For their wedding, Vidhi and Karan Lamba had a global guest list of about 200 people, many of whom were first-time visitors to India while the others included close family and friends from India. The couple was keen to showcase the magnanimity of Indian celebrations and hospitality while consciously maintaining safety standards. They entrusted the team of Baraati Inc to plan and execute their 3-day long celebrations which were held across the groom’s residence and the renowned farmhouse venue of Sanskriti Greens.
The team of Baraati Inc was responsible for all aspects of planning from individual event conceptualization to designing and developing custom stationery, artist management, on-ground execution, RSVP management and hospitality. Despite the star artist Diljit Dosanjh testing positive just days before the event, they overcame the challenges of arranging last-minute artists while keeping up with changing regulations and rapid tests amongst others. They executed a celebration like no other, leaving the couple and their guests with memories for a lifetime!
A variety of customised details such as stirrers, napkins, flower cones, bar menus, masks and more, along with thoughtful offerings such as hangover stations, Covid Signages, and sanitizers added a personal touch. The grand revelries were made all the more special with carefully curated celebrity performances by showstoppers like Mika Singh and Sukhbir along with a dazzling roster of other artists and DJs. The huge success of the wedding was reflected in each speech and toast made by the bride, the groom and their family members, while everyone made it a point to congratulate the talented team on the planning and the management.
The stunning decor ideas were beautifully executed by The Design Company, while their special moments were captured by the team of DotDusk.

Charming arrangements of oranges and lush green foliage decked every surface setting a rustic, romantic ambience, while the guests were delighted with custom-made fragrance giveaways. However, the highlight of the function was a surprise performance jointly by the bride and her grandmother that got everyone teary-eyed.
Retro Evening – Dhol Night
The day revved up with the Retro themed Dhol Night, featuring whimsical decor of flowers, rattan lamps and warm lights. The Unplugged Project’s Dhol-play reverberated through and infused the evening with joyous revelries as everyone hit the dance floor.

The wedding festivities kicked off with an exuberant Bangar Baraat which saw the groom’s dazzling entry in a vintage 1949 Buick Roadmaster accompanied by his color-coordinated groom squad.
