Like many girls, Chetna had always envisioned tying the knot in glamorous outfits that would make her look like a queen. And with sheer determination, luck, and a discerning eye for fashion, she successfully made a statement at each wedding function with her unique and sophisticated picks. Here’s a look at the stunning range of ensembles that comprised her wedding trousseau.
Wedding Planning
Chetna shares, “I’d always dreamt of getting married in the best outfits and jewellery. And luckily for me, I was able to make this dream come true. Selecting the outfits was a complete pleasure for me as I have an inkling for all things fashion. My aim was to be as elegant as possible while keeping the current trends in mind. For inspiration, I browsed a lot of websites and social media channels online, and WeddingSutra, especially, gave me essential insights which aided me in my quest to curate the perfect wedding wardrobe.”
To help her bring all the looks together were makeup artists Shahid Naar and Vidhi J. Sharma who accentuated Chetna’s beauty with their tools and talent, while Paran Singh Photography captured each moment flawlessly.
Wedding Functions
Engagement
Looking straight out of a fairytale, Chetna’s engagement gown was a stunning off-white creation adorned with intricate embroidery. Tying the look together were her glamorous dark smokey eyes paired with nude lips and a side-swept curly hairstyle. She also opted for statement diamond jewellery that glimmered brightly under the lights.
Sangeet
Making a bold statement in a full-sleeved yellow floral gown, the bride made heads turn at her sangeet. This look combined comfort with glamour effortlessly, and allowed Chetna to shake a leg with her groom. And for her hair, she chose to style it in an elegant and fuss-free bun that stayed in place throughout the festivities.
Cocktail
Giving the traditional saree a contemporary twist, Chetna’s cocktail look was a total stunner and unleashed her inner diva. Paired with gem-encrusted statement earrings and light bangles, this outfit was perfect for the glitzy cocktail party that lasted till late into the night.
Wedding
Pulling out all the stops for her big day, Chetna chose to don a deep merlot wedding lehenga with intricate thread work all over it. Payal Keyal creation, this outfit was a showstopper with its glamorous yet traditional nuances. To round off the look, the bride chose heavy kundan jewelry, light kaleerien, and a mauve smokey eyes look.
