The wedding celebrations of Naman and Chethnaa were thoughtfully curated as a series of immersive experiences, with each event designed around a distinct concept and executed with meticulous attention to detail. Helmed by WeddingSutra Favorite – Weddingz by Mindz, the festivities unfolded as a seamless narrative where scale, emotion, and creativity came together in perfect harmony.
Wedding Planning
At the heart of this multi-layered celebration was Weddingz by Mindz, who approached the wedding as an experiential journey rather than a conventional sequence of events. Himanshu Kothari from Weddingz by Mindz shares, “Each function was envisioned as a standalone experience with its own narrative, yet designed to flow seamlessly into the next, so guests felt constantly engaged.” Akansh Jain from Weddingz by Mindz adds, “From spatial planning to technical execution, every element was mapped with precision to ensure that scale never compromised intimacy.”
Wedding Functions
Muskan Ki Mehfil
The celebrations began with ‘Muskan Ki Mehfil’, an enchanting evening that set a soulful and artistic tone for the wedding festivities. The evening unfolded beautifully, blending culture, expression, and celebration in a way that felt both intimate and engaging, setting a perfect prelude to the grandeur that followed.
Mayra
The festivities continued with a vibrant and grand Mayra ceremony that set a joyful tone for the celebrations ahead. Rooted in tradition yet infused with a celebratory spirit, the ceremony brought together colour, emotion, and familial warmth. A standout moment was a heartfelt dance performance by the groom’s mother for her brother, adding a deeply personal layer to the celebration. The performance seamlessly blended emotion and festivity, making it a memorable beginning to the wedding.
Sangeet
The Sangeet unfolded into a glamorous, high-energy evening, with the entire setup centred on a sophisticated blue palette. Expansive LED screens and dramatic lighting created a visually striking ambience that elevated the experience. The couple made a spectacular entry accompanied by dancers, aerial performers, and special effects that added scale and drama to the evening. One of the most thrilling moments was the groom’s harness entry, which added a theatrical, unforgettable element. With seamless technical execution and electrifying performances, the evening set the tone for the celebrations that followed.
Carnival
The carnival emerged as one of the most unique highlights of the wedding, inspired by the theme ‘Brewed in Orange Love’. Blending elements of coffee and citrus, the experience was designed to be interactive, playful, and immersive. Guests entered through a maze-style installation, with each pathway offering a distinct sensory journey. Along the way, interactive elements and performances by international artists kept the experience dynamic and engaging. From bubble bars and games to puzzle-based installations and personalised couple storytelling, every detail encouraged participation. Within the beachfront setting, the experience expanded into a vibrant space filled with curated stations, including massage zones, gaming stalls, and bespoke counters such as a perfume bar and charm bar.
Wedding and Reception
The baraat began with immense grandeur as the groom arrived on a traditional horse, accompanied by a lively procession that set the tone for a regal celebration. The breathtaking varmala stage was designed with intricate detailing and elevated to an impressive height. As the couple came together, the varmala transformed into a magical spectacle. Fireworks, cold pyros, confetti bursts, and a delicate flower shower elevated the moment, creating an unforgettable highlight of the celebrations. The evening then transitioned smoothly into the reception, allowing the festivities to continue within the same stunning setting.
The very next day, the wedding morning offered a serene contrast, with an elegant mandap designed in the shape of a lotus, symbolising purity and new beginnings. Amphitheatre-style seating ensured that guests remained closely connected to the ceremony, while the soft aesthetic and tranquil ambience brought the celebrations to a graceful and meaningful close.
