WeddingSutra held a Special Edition of its most popular bridal initiative – the WeddingSutra On Location at Four Seasons, Worli to showcase the best in bridal style statements for this wedding season. Starting with a Style Consultation, followed by a Makeover and culminating in a professional Photo Shoot, each participating bride-to-be had the opportunity to interact with some of the best names in Bridal and Wedding services.
In the third of this five-part series, bride-to-be Mekhala Sawant tells us about her experience with WeddingSutra on Location at the Four Seasons, Mumbai.
“I met the entire WeddingSutra team at the Four Seasons and thought they were so warm and friendly.
I went to be fitted at Falguni and Shane Peacock and the lemon yellow outfit I finally chose was the prettiest lehenga I have ever seen in my life! Tejas, the makeup artist took hardly any time and managed to make me look stunning with minimum effort.
And then, the photographer, Arjun, was so professional and enthusiastic. He captured me at my candid best.
I loved the jewellery from Azva. It was perfect for the outfit I was wearing and I think it accentuated the color of the lehenga.
I had such a great experience and I want to thank WeddingSutra for making me feel like a complete princess!”
Mekhala’s Look
Mekhala’s clear complexion was highlighted with just a touch of Lakmé Absolute Illuminating Foundation and finished to flawless with a light brush of the Lakmé Absolute White Intense Wet and Dry Compact. Her eyelids with brushed with a gorgeous shade from the Lakmé Absolute Illuminating Eye Shadow Palette in Gold to match her lehenga. The eyes were then defined with Lakmé Absolute Ultimate Kohl and lashes with the Lakmé Absolute Flutter Secrets Dramatic Eyes Mascara. Makeup artist Tejas Shah skipped using blush entirely, sculpting her face with the Lakmé Absolute Sun-Kissed Bronzer to bring out her natural facial glow. The cherry on top was a hint of color on the lips – the Lakmé Absolute Sculpt Studio Hi Definition Matte Lipstick in Burgundy Affair.
