Shraddha and Raghav, Katni
A mandap inspired by the Tirupati temple became the highlight of this grand, multi-day celebration.
Shraddha Karwa, a businesswoman, and Raghav Maheshwari, a businessman, envisioned a wedding that was at one grand and immersive. More than a wedding, they wanted their special day to be deeply rooted in aesthetic storytelling. Planned by WeddingSutra Favorite – Bandan Bandits, each function had its own theme from an Arabian desert to a Polo-themed Lunch. Yet it was the wedding ceremony itself, with its Royal Tirupati Temple theme, that left everyone in awe.

Wedding Planning
Varun Chadha from Bandan Bandits says, “The couple wanted a wedding that blended royal elegance, cultural richness, vibrant celebrations, and larger-than-life design sensibilities. They wanted each celebration to transport guests into a completely different world.”

Wedding Functions
Myra
The Myra embraced a colorful desert theme, full of warmth, vibrance, and festive energy. This celebration was brought to life through a lively and playful design language that reflected joy, movement, and celebration.
Sangeet
For the Sangeet, the decor was imagined around a Galaxy Glory theme, giving the evening a bold, glamorous, and high-energy personality. A chess-like set up for the bar, made all the moves very spirited. MI Bar lighting lent the evening a night out look. A champagne tower and family performances made it a memorable night!

Carnival
A day-time Polo-themed carnival lunch with an earthy décor of pastel and beige tones, customized with the couple’s initials, made for a relaxing time, a live band adding to the sense of enjoyment.

Sufi Night
The Sufi Night was designed with an Arabian theme, bringing alive a mood that was soulful, mystical, and luxurious. Rich textures and warm lighting, gave the evening an intimate old-world charm.

Wedding
The wedding ceremony was conceptualized around a Royal Tirupati Temple theme, inspired by the magnificence of sacred temple architecture and divine South Indian aesthetics. The decor carried a regal and spiritual aura. The idea was to create a setting that felt deeply sacred yet visually majestic — a wedding space that reflected devotion, heritage, and grandeur all at once.

Reception
The Reception concluded the festivities on a richly opulent note. The red decor celebrated classic Indian grandeur.
