Wedding Functions
Carnival
The couple wanted a carnival that felt different from anything typically seen. The space came alive with bold colours, oversized installations, and interactive elements that set an immediate tone of excitement. The highlight was the couple’s entry on a giant jukebox alongside an international artist, which set the pace for the evening. Guests were introduced to custom carnival currency and a series of live games that encouraged participation and friendly competition. Each game offered chances to multiply winnings, eventually leading to a lively bidding round for curated gifts arranged by the family.

Harsh Sukhani from Koncepts Weddings & Events shares, “We designed the carnival as an unfolding experience where guests always had something new to discover. The idea was to keep the energy consistent through the evening.” The night ended with a kabuki drop that filled the dance floor with inflatables and confetti, turning the space into a high-energy celebration that felt spontaneous and memorable.

Lazy Lounge
The Lazy Lounge offered a softer, more relaxed setting by the pool. Designed with a boho-inspired aesthetic, the décor featured earthy tones, comfortable seating, and subtle pops of colour that created an easy, inviting environment. Low seating, warm lighting, and thoughtful details like foot-massage stations encouraged guests to slow down and enjoy the space. At the same time, games and a lively anchor kept the mood upbeat, ensuring the function never felt too laid-back. As Harsh Sukhani explains, “The idea was to create a space where guests could unwind but still feel part of the celebration. It was relaxed without losing its energy.”

Wedding
The wedding began with a high-energy baraat, where the groom’s friends arrived on Royal Enfields, led by his brother-in-law on an ATV. The groom followed in a regal car, with colour shots and music adding to the atmosphere. For the varmala, the setting shifted to a grand space under a large tree, enhanced with special effects and lighting that added depth to the moment. The groom’s entry was followed by a performance from the bride’s family, bringing in a personal touch.

The bride’s entry introduced a playful element. Standing behind a rotating prop with a small window, she revealed herself in glimpses, adding a sense of anticipation before stepping forward. The moment felt warm, celebratory, and well-balanced between emotion and spectacle. Harsh Sukhani shares, “The wedding was designed to bring everything together. It combined scale, emotion, and thoughtful details to create a strong final impression.”
