Sanskruti and Naman’s wedding was a thoughtfully layered celebration that blended immersive experiences with heartfelt traditions, creating moments that felt both grand and intimate. Conceptualised and executed by WeddingSutra Favorite – Event Soul, each function unfolded with a distinct identity while maintaining a seamless narrative that tied the festivities together.
Wedding Planning
Entrusted with bringing the couple’s vision to life, Event Soul crafted a multi-event celebration that balanced scale with intimacy. From conceptualising diverse themes for each function to orchestrating seamless transitions between high-energy festivities and intimate gatherings, the team ensured that every element felt refined and immersive. Their approach combined thoughtful styling, experiential details and flawless execution.
Wedding Functions
Welcome
The celebrations began on a high note with a vibrant and festive welcome that set the tone for the days ahead. A standout moment was the couple’s grand entry in a vintage car, elevated with bursts of colourful bomb effects that added a dramatic flourish. Guests were greeted with an energetic mix of Kutchi ghodi performers, traditional dancers and playful mascots, creating a lively and immersive atmosphere from the very start. International acts, along with the rhythmic beats of nagada and dhol, filled the space with infectious energy. A charming Polaroid setup allowed guests to capture instant memories, while a thoughtfully curated blessing corner invited them to pen heartfelt wishes for the couple.
Welcome Dinner
In contrast to the high-energy welcome, the welcome dinner offered an intimate and relaxed setting for close family members. The evening unfolded with easy conversations, music, and curated dance performances, complemented by a live band that lent a soothing yet celebratory ambience. A live screening of a cricket match added a fun, unexpected element, bringing everyone together in a shared moment of excitement. The vibe remained light-hearted and easy-going, setting the perfect tone for the celebrations to follow.
Myra
The Myra ceremony embraced a traditional yet contemporary aesthetic, brought to life through a vibrant palette of coral, purple and magenta. Décor elements featured lush marigolds in orange and yellow, beautifully accented with deeper floral tones, while coral and purple drapes framed the space with warmth and richness.
Traditional ‘Takhat’ seating in vivid hues created an inviting setting, while the grand welcome for the maternal uncle added a sense of occasion and emotion. Live musicians and a singer enhanced the celebratory mood, as guests engaged with colourful bangle stalls and mehendi elements. Family dance performances, accompanied by dhol, infused the event with joy and movement.
Sangeet
Inspired by the iconic FAENA aesthetic, the sangeet embraced a bold red-on-red palette layered with metallic gold accents. Rich red velvets, textured metallic fabrics and vibrant florals in shades of pink, magenta and green came together to create a dramatic and luxurious setting.
Black and red sofas, brass consoles, mirrored elements and cocktail tables added depth and glamour to the space, while international performers dressed in striking red ensembles welcomed guests with flair.
The evening featured high-energy family performances, a special cake-cutting moment and dazzling laser shows. A crystal ball act emerged as a highlight, captivating guests with its visual spectacle. A beautifully styled grazing table added to the indulgence, while the after-party, with its playful bull ride setup, kept the energy soaring well into the night.
Haldi
Soft, romantic and refreshingly elegant, the haldi ceremony drew inspiration from a Bridgerton-style garden setting. A delicate pastel palette of sage green, ivory, salmon pink and pale yellow defined the décor, complemented by floral arrangements in soft pinks, peaches and yellows. The space was thoughtfully styled with wooden elements, including Japanese fans and handheld fans for guests, adding a refined yet whimsical touch. Artists in all-white ensembles enhanced the dreamy atmosphere, while wooden interactive games encouraged guests to engage and unwind.
Adding a playful twist to the celebration, in the middle of the haldi ceremony, the bride and groom couldn’t resist the fun and jumped into the fountain area. Laughing and splashing around, they playfully showered each other with flowers.
Wedding
The wedding ceremony reflected a rich Indian aesthetic layered with contemporary elegance. A palette of ivory, gold, pale pink and white set the tone, with pastel florals and vintage ivory furniture lending the space a soft, regal charm. The baraat arrived in full splendour, brimming with energy and celebration. The varmala ceremony, inspired by the sacred Ganga Aarti, was staged against the stunning backdrop of the venue, with a Lord Krishna statue adding a spiritual dimension. As fireworks illuminated the façade, the moment felt truly magical. Soulful pheras, accompanied by live singers performing customized songs created especially for the couple, added a deeply personal touch, making the ritual even more intimate and memorable. A live painter captured the ceremony in real time, preserving the emotion and beauty of each moment.
Reception
The reception unfolded in a setting that felt effortlessly luxurious, defined by a refined mirror and lavender palette that lent a soft, luminous quality to the evening. Delicate floral arrangements complemented the aesthetic, adding layers of quiet elegance without overwhelming the space. Designed as a warm meet and greet, the celebration welcomed every guest with ease, including esteemed invitees whose presence made the occasion even more special. The atmosphere remained graceful and serene throughout, allowing each interaction and moment to feel both intimate and memorable.
